Could not feel effect

I’ve tried the feel free tonic a handful of times and they are very hit/miss for me. Sometimes I feel the effects but usually and most recently I have felt no effect. I bought the capsules hoping it would be easier to dial in the effects but I really didn’t feel anything at all.
