Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator serves as the strategic and operational hub of the marketing function across the LIFE ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ben Greenfield Life. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, developing unified marketing plans, launching campaigns, and driving measurable growth in audience reach, engagement, and conversions.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, structure, and analytical rigor to the role, someone who can architect marketing strategy, coordinate execution with internal and external teams, and deliver tangible performance results. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, leadership team, Editorial Lead, and Social Media Manager to build and execute marketing initiatives that accelerate brand growth and unify the messaging across all LIFE brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across Ben Greenfield Life, LIFE Network, TRIUMPH Coaching, and LIFE Market.
- Create and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, including product launches, podcast campaigns, newsletters, and community growth initiatives.
- Translate brand goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for audience expansion, funnel optimization, and engagement growth through data and creative insight.
Campaign & Content Execution:
- Partner with editorial and social teams to turn marketing concepts into high-impact, multi-channel campaigns.
- Oversee Go High Level CRM and email funnels to enhance audience segmentation, retention, and conversion.
- Lead campaign launches across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive awareness and sales.
- Ensure all creative assets align with the LIFE voice, visual standards, and marketing objectives.
Performance & Analytics:
- Own and report on core marketing KPIs, including audience growth, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Go High Level, social dashboards) to inform decisions and refine strategies.
- Present monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Serve as the connective hub between leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide structure and clear direction to ensure Editorial and Social are aligned on content priorities and deliverables.
- Manage outside vendors, agencies, and partnerships to expand campaign reach and impact.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Growth in audience reach and engagement across all channels (social, email, podcast, community).
- Improved conversion rates for campaigns and product launches.
- Month-over-month growth in email list, community members, and sales-driven initiatives.
- Consistent execution and alignment across marketing platforms and campaigns.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital or brand marketing, preferably within wellness, consumer media, or eCommerce.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM management, automation, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
- Passion for health, wellness, and performance optimization preferred.
Job Details:
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
