Your talk about sleep reminded me of their mission. Good stuff in a factory-model world.
Also, with recovery after a long season, how much is too much? I've been talking 2-3 days off each week, but I'm doing strength training and massage therapy two days a week at PT; riding my bike each morning for 15-20 minutes to loosen up (following it with some stretching and yoga); a mild to moderate 30-minute swim at least once a week; and hitting the mountain bike trials with my crew once to twice a week for about 90 minutes or less – we mainly ride aerobically, but of course, we hit the gas a few times each ride.

I haven't heard of that group. I'll check it out. In the meantime, one day per week totally "off" or active recovery is typically enough…
