Hey, really loved to hear this audio from where I understood that how much effective this marijuana for our body specially brain and building muscle. Truly I didn't know much more about this though I worked a lot similar product but right now got full of knowledge about this. Heads up man!
Hey Ben this is Jamal got extra insight on my question and thank you for that but I guess i may have stated my question wrong. I was wanting to know what metrics and devices we could use during exercise like a heart rate monitor to know they are getting the best fat burning workout. (Lets just pretend their nutrition is good) What devices would you use to scale how well they are performing in a HIIT training workout.
There is no way to measure fat oxidation at this point without wearing a big clunky 10,000 dollar indirect calorimetry mask! But you can APPROXIMATE it by tracking your heart rate during exercise and correlating heart rate to fat burning. Approximate fat burning HR is 180-your age.
Thank you Ben, that makes sense. If we monitor the clients heart rate for performance instead of fat burning. What could be a good heart rate measure during a 30 to 40 min HIIT workout, that we can monitor to see they are getting the most out of their workout. Or you can point me to article and I read that as well. Thank you as well for mentioning the Fat Loss Summit audio it has been great information.

Havng your gallbladder removed doesn't keep you from making (and excreting) bile. Bile is no longer stored in your gallbadder (obviously), but the bile ducts outside of the liver tend to dilate somewhat to compensate for loss of the gallbladder.

I personally have zero experience with it. I'll check it out though and if you call this into the podcast I can give a really thorough answer!
Done, also wanted to share about this product Protandim (NRF2 activator) that I came across through Sean Croxton years back, I haven't taken it but it seems legit and he says he takes it all the time, just thought it might be useful for our friend who was asking about NRF2.
