    net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
    But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using

    am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard

    Nice podcast, Ben. Barry Sears, PhD has long been speaking and writing on the benefits of certain fats and a lower carb diet. I appreciate the training and nutritional info you communicate. How about a reference on the study of fat loss and muscle gain on 800 calories. Thanks.

    1. This was a study done published in The American College of Nutrition in 1999. The study has a seriously lengthy name: Effects of Resistance vs. Aerobic Training Combined With an 800 Calorie Liquid Diet on Lean Body Mass and Resting Metabolic Rate
