Well, we already shattered the fitness paradigm and talked about sex for much of this week (specifically the “Sexy Back Summit” and my infamous “Sexy-Time Shake Video”).

So why don't we just keep on breaking the rules, and talk about money too?

Here's why: I've been getting lots of questions from you about how I personally make a living on the internet. And until now,  I never really realized that you were curious about that!

So what the heck…let's talk about making money online in today's audio interview.

We're going to start in an unconventional way.

Kevin ThompsonI want to introduce you to my friend Kevin Thompson (pictured right with his TEN KIDS), who is able to explain this stuff way better than I ever could.

As a boy, Kevin’s father always told him, “The harder you work, the more successful you’ll be”, and for much of his life, Kevin believed those words.

His father’s advice even compelled him to work for 7 years as an Alaska's Deadliest Catch Fisherman, where Kevin put his life on the line for his paycheck…every single day.

For seven long years – that’s exactly how Kevin lived his life, and there were quite a few times when he wondered if he’d even make it through the day.

And then something crazy happened…

One night Kevin's crew found themselves in the worst storm they’d ever seen, and he almost lost his life when he was thrown across the boat like a toothpick by a HUGE rogue wave.

Had that wave thrown him a couple inches higher, it would’ve tossed him right over the railing of his boat, into the freezing temperatures of the Bering Sea…and he would have died right there.

deadliest-catch11That’s when Kevin decided it was time to make a change.

He knew there had to be a better way to make money.

WITHOUT working his fingers to the bone the entire day.

WITHOUT putting his life on the line for a paycheck.

So in the year 2000, Kevin began developing an automated system for making money online, and in the process proved his father extremely wrong. Since then, Kevin has quietly used this system to put $10,000+ a month into his bank account – month after month and year after year – even during a time many would say is the worst economic climate we’ve ever seen.

Now let me tie all this together by pointing out the fact that I own an relatively successful online business in which I've combined my business with my personal passion for fitness and health. I coach, I write, I consult, I create products, etc., etc., etc.

That’s exactly why you and I are communicating right now.

The only challenge is, my focus isn’t on showing others how to do what I’ve done.

However, the guy I interview in today's audio podcast  is absolutely brilliant at showing you how to have massively profitable automated business – in a legal, moral and ethical way (which I highly respect).

And he explains it way better than I ever could.

In today's audio, you're going to learn about a free live call with me and Kevin on this Tuesday, May 14th at 5pm Pacific time, during which Kevin is going to pull back the curtain and reveal exactly how his automatic system works. He's also going to show you how this method of making money online is legal, moral, ethical.

As Kevin mentions during the podcast, he and I are getting together for a one-time only event where Kevin is going to reveal to you every tiny detail of how to make money online in an automated way.

I work nights so I totally missed this. I also had to put off listening to it because the original upload to Ituns didn't work correctly. What options do we have if we only learned about this after the fact? Thank you!

    1. You should still be able to go the link, put in your name and email, and get access to the call Erik!

  2. Steverino says:

Big fan of Ben's, but this is the worst podcast I've ever heard. You didn't talk about how you make $, as mentioned in the title, and the whole thing was just a teaser. This podcast really sucked. I want my time back!

  3. Crystal Foth says:

I'm going to listen to the call next week… my google searches left me with mixed feelings… I hope this is not simply a push to sell me something that sounds too good to be true. I have faith in you Ben there is more to this…

    1. He basically just teaches you how to use the same kind of systems I currently use. He's just way better at explaining stuff like this than me. He also will "upsell" you on consulting, etc. but that's up to you.

  4. Mark says:

I have to say this is the oddest thing I have seen you advertise. A simple Google of "Kevin Thompson" or "Maximum Response Inc" would make anyone hesitate.

Making money by selling information on how to make money…

  5. Leo says:

Kevin is probably be legit, but it is he the best. He is mainly a sales guy. There are cheaper options (and I guess better)

The book "Six Figure Second Income" by David Lindahl and Jonathan Rozek will teaches you the same things for 25 bucks. Find it on Amazon

  6. Cathy says:

Oh my lord, I'm listening to this call right now. Seriously? Ben, I have nothing but love for ya, but this is crazy. I'm so disappointed, and quite surprised you endorse this. Forty minutes in and haven't learned anything but that Kevin is a classic salesman that I don't trust! Can't believe I left work early for this…

    1. I've hung out quite a bit with Kevin as well as quite a few people he's worked with. It's legit stuff.

      1. Ferd says:

Have you used his system Ben?

      2. Felix says:

Disappointing for me as well. "For 3 easy payments of $397, you too could be a millionaire!" That's where he lost me. I also received 5 emails from him since yesterday.

  7. Rodolfo Samu says:

Ben take a look atthis study that i just received from PCRM

Fish Oil Does Not Improve Heart Health

Supplementing with omega-3 fatty acids does not improve heart heart, according to a new study published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Researchers analyzed data from 12,513 men and women from the Risk and Prevention Study in Italy. After an average follow-up of five years, patients taking the omega-3 supplements did not reduce their risk of death or hospitalization from heart disease, compared with those who took placebo.

These findings support two recent reviews published in 2012.

Roncaglioni MC, Tombesi M, Avanzini F, et al. n-3 fatty acids in patients with multiple cardiovascular risk factors. N Engl J Med. 2013;368:1800-1808.

    1. Life Extension magazine had a GREAT piece on this and everything that was wrong with this study. Here is a blog post from them, but I'd recommend you grab the April issue of the magazine for the "full story":…

      1. Keerthi says:

Ben, on similar note do you recommend taking fermented cod liver oil over fish oil? I'm asking this question as I read a recent article by Chris Kresser on why fish oil can be bad ( but I'm not sure if it applies to good brands like Nordic Naturals/Carlson's. Just want to see your take on this. You can probably answer it on podcast but I'm looking for something that is not as expensive as fermented cod liver oil but still pretty safe.

          1. Sean says:

I really do need to send this blog on to a few folks, however the link does not seem to work. Have they taken it off the web page? Do you know where else we can source it? Thanks!

          2. NOt sure what you mean, Sean. Can you clarify?

  8. Eric says:

So on the 15th we just call the number with our phone? There is no video?

  9. Christina says:

Would like to know more but have a conflict. Hope there is another session in the near future. TX!

    1. There will be a replay!

      1. Brent says:

I too have a conflict. Will be looking for the replay.

  10. Bri-Tri says:

Two podcasts in one…what a deal!! That is multitasking at its best! :)

    1. I fixed this recording…you still getting a two for one?

      1. Bri-Tri says:

        No…all good now. THanks!

  11. Pete Spitellie says:

Can't register for the podcast. Keep getting "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when I push the link.

  12. Mori Igarashi says:

Normally I would never sign up for anything like it but since you say you stand behind Kevin and his methodology I registered. I'm interested and always open to learning new things from trusted sources.

As far as switching up topics I think it's a great idea as long as you keep the short. This was a good length. Any shorter and it would have seemed like an infomercial any longer and I would have been turned off.

    1. Awesome, Mori. See you on the call.

  13. larchitect says:

Hi Ben, I'm still getting a broken link when I try to register.

  14. Jessica says:

Hi Ben, the recording has another recording that starts playing around 4:44. Also, the link isn't working for me for the free live call.

    1. Yes, working on fixing it.

    2. BTW, I just checked the link and it appears to work OK…

  15. Nic W says:

Gday Ben – love the podcast – but I am in Australia so is the only way to join the call with you and Kevin by telephone?

    1. You can also join via Skype.

      Here’s the info…

  16. Isaiah says:

Can't seem to subscribe to the free list on Kevin's page. DNS failed….

  17. Simon says:

the click through link does not work – some sort of DNS error…can you please fix this for people that want to access the talk – thanks mate

  18. Meghann says:

    Hi Ben
I tried to sign up for the webcast next week but am getting this error message I'm going to assume that all I should need to do is click — I don't think this is a problem I've created but this IS a computer after all …….

Firefox can't find the server at

    1. I'll look into this asap!

  19. alanjlovell says:

one of you other podcasts started to come in at the same time as Kevin was talking. I'm just a mere male I found it hard to concentrate.

    1. Yikes I will fix ASAP!

  20. scott d says:

It seems that you have some other audio of yourself over most of this podcast. The first few minutes are clear, but then it is impossible to hear him.
