I listened to this podcast yesterday and felt like I should have had a pen and paper handy.
I want to know more about what about poor muscle recovery after exercise and what could contribute to it when it comes to lacking something in my diet etc.

Ben, great podcast. I am familiar with Naturopathic Medicine obviously (my ex-husband is a NCNM graduate). I appreciate you brought this topic to the forefront. As someone who is taking more NATURAL approach to healing, I applaud you for looking at all aspects of health. Thank you.
