Job Overview: The Team Triumph Head Coach at Life Network is responsible for leading the Team Triumph coaching department and driving new initiatives to optimize growth and deliver high-quality service. This role includes developing and implementing coaching programs, managing coaches, and ensuring client success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Development:
- Lead the development of coaching program strategies and roadmap.
- Implement new coaching programs and services.
- Oversee the design and community engagement of the Team Triumph workout program.
- Collaboration and Client Engagement:
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Collaborate with Director of Sales to optimize coaching marketing funnels
- Facilitation of group coaching calls to boost client engagement
- Manage and oversee contracted coaches and their availability for new clients.
- Establish and maintain coaching partnerships with vendors.
- Conduct coaching prospect appointments and close sales leads.
- Initiate the sign-up process for new clients, including the procurement and review of client questionnaires and labs.
- Match clients with the most suitable coach based on their needs and goals.
- Structure programs for corporate clients as needed.
- Program Management and Evaluation:
- Evaluate coach and client success in the program.
- Lead monthly coaching calls for continuing education and facilitate questions to the CEO.
- Oversee monthly coach compensation and payouts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current coaching platforms and upgrade technologies as needed.
- Oversee the coaching department playbook, process documents, and workflows.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Report on KPIs and metrics to company leadership.
- Provide metrics and status updates for clients to company leadership.
- Implement feedback into more targeted programming and organizational improvements.
- Client Support:
- Interpretation of lab tests and report generation.
- Hair Trace Mineral Analysis (preferred)
- DNA Analysis (preferred)
- DUTCH (preferred)
- Cyrex Array (preferred)
- GI Effects Stool (preferred)
- Blood panels (preferred)
- Take on coaching clients as needed.
- Onboard and support program creation for VIP clients.
- Managing Team Triumph members.
- Interpretation of lab tests and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Experience analyzing lab test data for clients preferred, HTMA specifically.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a coaching or wellness program.
- Strong understanding of coaching best practices and strategies for growth and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms related to coaching and wellness.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Job Details
- Full-time exempt salaried position at $60,000-$70,000/year
