New Discoveries

I Partnered With One of Austin's Best *Seed Oil–Free* Restaurants to Build the Most DELICIOUS Clean Bowl You've Ever Tasted 🥣🔥

Boundless Bliss BowlAttention Austin!

On Saturday, March 21st, I’m launching the Boundless Bliss Bowl at The Well in downtown Austin—a seed-oil-free, low-sugar restaurant built around clean fats, high-quality ingredients, and sustainable sourcing.

Come join the party!

From 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., I’ll be there for a live book signing and launch of the new bowl. The first 50 people who purchase a Boundless Bliss Bowl will receive a signed copy of one of my cookbooks, Boundless Kitchen or Boundless Cookbook, on the spot, so plan to arrive early.

This bowl takes perfectly ripe avocado and whips it into a velvet-dark cacao mousse so smooth it melts on your tongue like truffle filling. A touch of raw honey and sea salt amplifies the chocolate, turning it into a deep, rich, and just slightly addictive, guilt-free dessert.

It’s cool and creamy. Fudgy but light. Sweet with a whisper of bitterness from real cacao. Every spoonful hits that line between dessert and nourishment—satisfying without the sugar crash.

Finished with cacao nib crunch and whatever seasonal goodness The Well is topping it with that week.

What you need to know:

📍 March 21st
🥣 The Well on 440 W 2nd Street, Austin, TX
⏰ 9:30–11:30 a.m.

Be one of the first 50 bowl orders to get the free signed cookbook (I promise not to steal a bite, maybe!)

This Week in Health & Performance: What the Latest Research Says

🔥 Just 10 Minutes of Vigorous Exercise May Slash Mortality Risk: A new study shows that higher-intensity activity outperforms lower-intensity movement for reducing mortality risk—and we’re not talking about a brutal hour-long grind. Just 10 minutes per day of vigorous exercise made a meaningful difference. Short, sharp bursts may be one of the highest ROI longevity tools you have (read the study here).

🧠 Worried About Aging? That Stress Might Age You Faster: No big shock here, but now we have more data to back it up. Research suggests that anxiety about aging itself may accelerate biological aging. In other words, obsessing over getting older could be pushing the needle in the wrong direction. Managing mindset may be as important as managing macros (more about the study here).

🫀 A Ketogenic Diet May Actually Reverse Heart Plaque, Not Just Slow It Down: A blinded heart scan analysis found that those following a ketogenic diet showed plaque regression, meaning plaque didn't just stop growing, it went backwards. For anyone still worried that dietary fat is bad for your heart, this one is worth a read (read the study here).

💉 Retatrutide Is Burning Fat and Muscle (and Nobody Is Talking About It Enough): The GLP-1 drug generating massive buzz may not be as muscle-sparing as its advocates claim. In just 32 weeks, participants lost over 14 pounds of lean mass, roughly the weight of a four-month-old infant. If you're considering any GLP-1 protocol, protecting your muscle has to be part of the conversation (check out the study here).

🥗 Struggling With Chronic Gut Issues? The Problem Might Be Sucrose, Not Gluten: New research suggests that 1 in 4 people with chronic GI problems have difficulty breaking down sucrose, yet most elimination protocols never even test for it. If you've cleaned up your diet and still feel off, a low-sucrose approach might be the missing piece (read the study here).

Key Takeaway: Your body responds to inputs you may not even be tracking yet. The intensity of your movement, the quality of your fats, the sugar hiding in your “clean” diet, and even the thoughts you repeat all move the needle.

Product Of The Week

::: Save 15% Off Cell-Strengthening C15:0 :::

A slew of new studies support the healthy aging benefits of C15:0, the first essential fatty acid to emerge in 90 years. fatty15

Developed by physicians and backed by U.S. Navy-funded research, fatty15 is a patented, award-winning C15:0 supplement designed to support 36+ cellular benefits.

Two large prospective cohort meta-analyses found that for every 0.1% increase in circulating C15:0 levels, there were progressively stronger markers of long-term cardiovascular and metabolic health.

In clinical trials, higher C15:0 intake reliably increased blood levels of C15:0, and those elevated levels were associated with improvements in red blood cell integrity, liver health, cholesterol balance, gut microbiome composition, and vascular function.

C15:0 is now available in classic fatty15 capsules and new apple-mint, sugar-free gummies.

If you’re looking to strengthen the cellular foundation of your healthy aging stack, you can save 15% off your fatty15 order with code BEN here.
