eNPS – The Employer Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a metric that shows if employees are engaged and if they would recommend a place of work. The metric is heavily weighted toward detractors (those who give ratings between 0-6) and ranges from a low of -100 to a high of +100.

The creators of the eNPS suggest any eNPS above 0 is good. A score above 20 is favorable. 50 and above is excellent. A score higher than 80 is world class.
