This is a high-ownership role with real impact on the direction and growth of one of the most recognized shows in health and wellness.

- Oversee all pre- and post-publishing QC, verifying show notes, timestamps, affiliate links, sponsor copy, ads, audio quality, and formatting

- Proactively pitch Ben as a guest on relevant external podcasts, with a focus on shows that align with his brand, audience, and growth goals
- Monitor Ben's travel calendar and coordinate targeted outreach to podcasts in each market ahead of every trip
- Manage all external podcast communications, coordinating with the EA team on bookings and logistics
Growth Strategy
- Proactively build and update the show's growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand reach, grow the audience, and increase engagement
- Stay immersed in podcast industry trends, platform updates, and emerging formats, bringing fresh ideas and recommendations to Ben and the team
- Lead the transition to a video-first distribution model, coordinating across teams and platforms to execute the full rollout
- Collaborate with the social media team to synchronize podcast content with broader promotional efforts and campaigns
- Monitor episode analytics and deliver clear weekly/monthly performance reporting
- Lead the strategy, guest experience, and launch of Ben's new in-person podcast studio
