eNPS – The Employer Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a metric that shows if employees are engaged and if they would recommend a place of work. The metric is heavily weighted toward detractors (those who give ratings between 0-6) and ranges from a low of -100 to a high of +100.
The creators of the eNPS suggest any eNPS above 0 is good. A score above 20 is favorable. 50 and above is excellent. A score higher than 80 is world class. ESI – The Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI) is a metric that shows the level of contentment in the workplace. The metric is an average percentage of workplace satisfaction based on 3 standard questions and scores range from a low of 0 to a high of 100.
Many employers suggest that ESI scores under 50 show very low satisfaction. Scores in the 50s point to low satisfaction. Scores in the 60s are acceptable satisfaction. Scores in the 70s show a high level of satisfaction and scores above 80 indicate very high employee satisfaction. Ben Greenfield Life is excited to continue to maintain and increase our ESI by living out our core values, providing a flexible remote workplace, and living out a mission-minded culture.

Perks and Benefits
Health Insurance
Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available to employees with a minimum of 30 hours per week and their dependents. Premiums for these plans are collected via payroll deduction. All covered and eligible employees will be notified of any changes in plans.
COBRA
The Federal Consolidated Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) gives employees and their qualified beneficiaries the opportunity to continue health insurance coverage under BGL’s health plan when a “qualifying event” would normally result in the loss of eligibility.
Phone Stipend
BGL provides a phone stipend each month for full and part-time team members to apply to phone expenses.
Educational Reimbursements
BGL supports continuing education to facilitate growth and learning for employees, and reimburses educational expenses that either offer growth in an area related to his or her current position or that may lead to promotional opportunities.
