You can wear this weighted vest during your exercise to build extra strength quickly, to make body weight workouts harder, to add extra resistance during uphill hikes or runs, or simply wear during the day under your clothes to burn extra calories! You can choose between 20 and 40 pounds for your vest, and all vests are fully adjustable by taking weights out or putting them into the vest.
