Almost 40 percent of people receive a cancer diagnosis during their lifetime.
Yet, studies show that 30% to 50% of cancer-related deaths could have been prevented by minimizing risk factors and following scientifically proven cancer prevention strategies.
Cancer prevention and providing resources for healing, holistic, cancer-fighting modalities is near and dear to my heart, because my father Gary Greenfield, who I interviewed here, recently died after a five-month battle with colon cancer. It is critically important to me to spread advice about how the discomfort, pain, and early death he experienced could have been avoided using specific protocols.
The resources I’ve linked below delve into a multifaceted approach to cancer prevention, exploring dietary interventions, exercise regimens, cancer-fighting supplements, and treatments. They also emphasize the importance of sleep optimization, environmental factors, and stress management in mitigating cancer risk.
My goal in sharing these resources is to help empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to take control of your health and reduce your risk of cancer. Additionally, the more you know about cancer prevention and early detection, the more you can share with those around you, potentially saving lives.
The information I’ve provided (linked below) is by no means exhaustive, and other specific protocols may also be appropriate for different forms of cancer. Nonetheless, when considering my approach if faced with cancer, this direction is the one I would take based on extensive research and interviews conducted for clients, family members, and friends.
