It looks like a great program to help people weight loos.I was just looking for some options before I made my decision. By the way, I love the content you have been posting lately.
Can you direct me to anything you’ve done on reducing the size of the fat cells we have rather than killing them off, please? I have recently learnt that we keep the same number of cells pretty constantly as adults and so it would be interesting to hear how we can reduce how big they are, especially for the ladies!

Great tips Ben, been taking really cold showers for some time now. Seems like it’s working, though I know for sure – it wakes me the heck up! There’s a powerful habit of doing the hard things first, such as taking cold showers, exercising, meditating, etc. I read somewhere that fat burns out of the body through carbon dioxide – meaning it just goes into the air. Before reading the study, I always thought fat was converted to energy or expelled through the body via urine or feces. Crazy huh?
