In this video, I demonstrate a beach body workout for guys or girls to do that works on 3 key areas of your body:
1) Your shoulders/chest “V”-shaped appearance
2) The back of your arms
3) Your butt, hips and thighs
Either sex can do this workout, with a range of 10-15 reps for each exercise. Leave comments below if you have questions!
