Hey, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility issues.
When I look at your website in Safari, it looks fine
but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.

I also ordered your fat Loss Package for the off season. Thx Man
Hey Ben,
Just want to say thank you for all your advice. I am a nutrition consultant and just to let you know, your advice is always bang on for me and my husband who is a Kona bound triathlete thanks to your nutrition advice. At this time, I am trying the Tian Chi herbs (loving them!) and also the carbohydrate specific diet. So far so good, I feel my health and energy improving and as a bonus I am down to 118 pounds, woohoo. Looking in the mirror and saying to myself: 'Woohoo there is one sexy grand-ma!' I am teaching a lot of your theories in my LemonBliss Stress Relief and Detox Workshops and I am letting people know to go to Ben Greenfield Fitness. Brock deserves a lot of kodos too, you guys make a great team. Your podcasts are entertaining, informative and funny! Keep them coming!'
MC! What's up sexy grand-ma? ;) After meeting you in Canada, wouldn't have guessed you're a grandma. Anyways, Gerry is going to rock in Kona and I am so glad you like the Tian Chi. Way to go. You should leave an audio feedback on right side of page about Tian Chi!
I listen and read everything however I am 58 year old female so not one you are interested in. However, remember, we have the $s you are seeking to sustain your fun filed life. Point being, please do a podcast about clothing brands you (or your wife) find as quality. I bike 100+ miles a day and spend way to much money on crap!! I need some good shorts. Help Ben. And BTW, your web page is too busy.
You mean clothing brands for exercise? I generally go with Koar, ChampSys, K-Swiss and 110%. Most of my actual clothing I shop at Express or Calvin Klein, and honestly, my wife buys most of her stuff at Goodwill. No joke.
Ben- you've got a good woman!
Hi Ben and thank you for your tips! I use to read my book "perscriptions for natural health" all the time and I learned alot. I am on anti-anxiety medications and I am constantly hungary. One of the things I eat that helps with cravings is brewers yeast powder, it's difficult to get down but it helps alot. I've also eat a spoonful of all natual peanut butter which helps in the morning. At times all eat kale raw which actually (after i get it down) I feels like some kind of healing is actually taking place in my body and I drink lots of selzer water. I can identify with Carrie Fisher it's such a struggle. Thanks again.
Thank you
I LOVE your podcasts!!!!!
