    Hi Ben, thank you for your videos, always looking for ways to workout at home.

    In your (5) DB moves, isn't your version of a swing more of a snatch? I actually progress from one-arm swings to snatches after my shoulders are warmed up. ( By the way, just saw the shoulder exercise video, thanks for that!)


    1. That's a swing, but it goes a bit higher than a kettlebell swing.

    Is there a benefit in doing these exercises with both hands simultaneously?

    1. yes, you could do with both hands simultaneously, but you lose a bit of the balance benefit of 1 side only.

    How do I determine what the best weight for me to use is for exercises like these? Is there a quick and easy way? I want to make sure I get the biggest bang for the buck, not too light a weight, not too heavy.
