Here's the books I recommend, with handy dandy links that make me an average of approximately 2 lousy cents if you use my links. But it's something. I hope you get as much out of these books as I did!
-”Disconnect: Truth About Cell Phone Radiation“
-”Art & Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance“
-”Zapped: Why Your Cell Phone Shouldn’t Be Your Alarm Clock and 1,268 Ways to Outsmart the Hazards of Electronic Pollution”
-“Thanks: New Science of Gratitude“
-“Real Food Recipes for Training & Racing“
And remember – coupon code “BENSBOOKS” gets you $50 off the March 8-9 “Become Superhuman” live event (expires Tuesday, Feb 5 at midnight) AND can also be used for $50 off a one-on-one consult with Ben on March 10, Sunday or March 11, Monday after the event!

What about any books for pregnancy and beyond? or is that the name of your next book?
Ben!! Your video intros are always so funny, you should compile them in one single clip, biggest YouTube hit ever!!
Thanks for the free video podcast Ben and your recommended book list.
It's always interesting to see what Ben has been reading. I had been meaning to ask, but it happened anyway. I guessed a couple of these, but others are new.
I really enjoyed reading "Waterlogged". Thanks for the inteviews with Dr Noakes. "Perfect Health Diet" is a great companion to "Nourishing Tradiions". The Jaminets made a good stab at an Australasian version of "PHD" (but they needed a an Australasian proof reader).
"Primal Connection" will be the next book on your list to read.
How about The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss?
Yes, I reviewed it at https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/2011/01/the-4…
The Feed Zone Cookbook–another great book
The Paleo For Athletes; probably the best book out there
Is that Loren Cordain?
