About 46% of the readers who frequent this website are female.

And I'm going out on a limb here to hazard a guess that the other 54% of you have a mother, wife, girlfriend, sister or daughter.

So in celebration of Mother's Day, I want to give you free access to a downloadable book “How To Optimize Your Biology For Sports Success”. In the book, you'll learn how exactly to assess and treat the female athlete's crucial internal performance factors like vitamin D, iron, protein status, bone minerals, and more. Just put your name and e-mail below to get it now (and no, I don't share or sell your contact details – I hate spam as mucha s you do!)

  1. I love your posts but don't have time to listen to your podcasts. I would love it if you had a place they were printed so I could read the sections I wanted…I'd even love to offer to transcribe them for you! I'm a triathlete – mother of four and just returned home from the birth of my 12th grandchild!

  2. Hey Ben, just to let you know the link for this doesn't work. I tried several times. It says that it can't find the page.

I am a triathlete and mother of 4. Love your site. Every informative.

      1. II still can't seem to download despite several attempts. I never received confirmation email.
