That little blue bird certainly evokes some strong emotions these days… Some accuse Twitter of being less of a social media platform and more of an arm of the deep state, big Pharma, or big Tech. Others say my friend and former podcast guest Jack Dorsey hasn't gone far enough in censoring accounts they believe to be promoting “fake news” or conspiracy theories.

Regardless of all that, I actually really dig Twitter for a number of reasons.

I use it to follow specific topics and people in sectors I'm particularly interested in, but also to “tweet” my thoughts about research articles and the latest health, fitness, nutrition, spiritual, longevity, and biohacking news.

From why everyone should have oregano in their cupboard to secret Wikileaks files to the dangers of vegan diets to using curcumin to mitigate the damaging effects of fluoride to the one biomarker change I noticed three days before my COVID symptoms manifested to new research on the best ways to take vitamin D—and a little bit of political tweets sprinkled in between—my Twitter feed is basically a digital reflection of whatever might be going through my head at any given moment.

I like to share these “Top Tweets” posts because—let's face it—we all enjoy taking a trip down memory lane every so often and when doing so I never cease to stumble upon something valuable I've meant to come back to that I've long forgotten about, or—more pertinent to you—some bit of health, nutrition, or spiritual information I think my audience will benefit from, should they have missed it the first time around.

So, without further ado, here are my top 65 tweets of 2020 (and here's my Twitter account if you want to follow me for more).

Jack Dorsey is your friend? You admit it like its a badge of honor. How can you be so intelligent and naïve at the same time. Unbelievable and quite disappointing. Sides will need to be picked some day Ben, I hope you will be on the side of truth, honor and justice, with all other patriots, when that day comes.

    Thanks

    1. Hi Norman, I don't see your name on the email list, but if that's the list you're referring to and you are getting my emails, there is an unsubscribe button at the very end of it.

    Ben

    Ask your friend Jack Dorsey

“When in history have the censors ever been the good guys?”

Pick the side of history you want to be on… Playing the moderate middle voice doesn’t cut it when this level of evil is mounting.
