Last month, I asked you to be honest with me.
Specifically, I was wondering why you weren't yet part of the Ben Greenfield Fitness Inner Circle family.
In the Inner Circle, you get 24-7 forum access to me and my wife, a daily log of my personal diet plan, special cooking videos and recipes, bonus handouts with meal plan ideas and new foods we’ve found, secret articles and videos that I don’t release on this site, and, every month, a live video webinar with me and my wife, where we cover topics like home fitness exercises, healthy packaged foods, making new foods like kombucha and kimchi, and much more.
People love the site. I get e-mails all the time from Inner Circle members who have learned easy ways to make their workouts better, their homes less toxic, and their kitchen a healthier place to eat.
So I was curious what was keeping you out.
I got 153 responses to my question.
Here are a few of those responses (and, if you keep reading, a nice little surprise):

Natalie said: “I feel like there is already a lot of good information that I haven't had time to get to and don't have the time for an additional source. As one member says, triathlon is expensive already and I do think $17 is borderline too expensive with the gym membership, USAT, actual even registrations, yoga classes…….I feel guilty enough with how much of my family's income goes towards my “hobby” to justify another expense. I think when we have kids I would consider joining because of all the heathy family tips.”
Wayne said: “…Many of the comments reiterate budget restraint…I echo that sentiment. Can't imagine the hours you have to put in for all of this to come together, and the fact that you deliver such a quality program. I sell (figuratively speaking of course..lol) your program daily to friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so, but will have to seriously look at my budget if this becomes a reality…off my soap box now….”
Meghan said: “I just thought the Inner Circle was more for recipes, at home moms, family type stuff…and I did not know that it has that much more info than what you give on your podcasts, Get Fit Guy etc….. I'm single, no children, and not a cook…. but if there is more to it than that I would definitely be willing to pay at least $10 a month…”
Mike said: “Thanks so much Ben for asking for feed back on price, consumers don't get much of a chance to give feed back on what price they would pay for a product. That being said… I think $10 a month is a fair price an affordable for most, for me anyway.”

The bottom line is this: most of you agreed that $17 was a bit much to pay for 24-7 insider access to me and my wife.
So here's what I'm doing.
I'm getting you into the Inner Circle for a buck.
Yes, one US dollar.
If you like it, then fantastic! You get to stay in for $10 a month, instead of the old $17 a month.
And if you don't like it, then just shoot me an e-mail and I'll get you out in a flash.

In case you're still curious about what we talk about in the Inner Circle, here's a few examples for you…
This month alone, we added:
-An entire day of Jessa's summer partying meal plans that are gluten and dairy free, but still very indulgent…
-How to soak and mill grains using a common household blender…
-Do-it-yourself healthy homemade Mexican mochas…
-What my wife eats when she's craving sweets on her period (yeah guys, I know, that one isn't for you)…
-How to make coconut popsicles…
-And how we make non-toxic disinfectant, window cleaner and laundry soap.
And that was just this month. When you join, you get access to anything we've ever done on previous months too.
There's also a several good discussions going on in the Inner Circle forum right this instant – for example, one about hot weather cooling tips (where I release an entire article I wrote for a magazine but that isn't getting published for another 2 months…ssh, don't tell) and another one about how to know if your blood glucose levels are normal.
Those are just a few examples.

…it's a quick way to have complete confidence that you're optimizing your healthy lifestyle without buying useless remedies or wasting your time and money…
…and it's a way to have instant access to talk on a daily basis with me and my wife, and also with the rest of the Inner Circle community.

Thanks Ben! As a Canadian with our current exchange rate it was more than I could afford. I dropped another site's membership and am happy to be rejoining your inner circle with that money and your new price.
Hi Ben – when I go to the inner circle link it says $1 for the first 14 days then $17 per month. If I sign up will it just be $10 per month after the initial trial or has it changed back to the $17? Thanks Jody
Ben I'm considering joining the inner circle sometime in future. Do you have any limit on how many people you can take?
Hi Ben, as a result of your quality work/information and now dropping the price, I have just signed up. Can't figure how to get in now though, presume I have to wait for setup as I enter info for new user but can't see a button confirm info?
There's a button right there that allows you to push "register" after you complete your username/password set up! Or are you talking about the forum? If so, we manually approve new applicants within 24 hours. It keeps any spam robots from getting in!
Robin, I have just sent you your log in details. Please watch out for an email from [email protected].
Thank you for listening Ben. I’ve considered the inner circle before and now is not quite the right time for me, but definitely in the near future, with the new pricing, I’ll be giving it a try. I really appreciate that you asked for and listened to feedback as well as letting us know some of the kinds of information that is available through the inner circle. Thanks again for everything.
Thanks for the response Cheryl, and for being a loyal reader!
