    Hey Ben, long time Listener and follower here asking a question that I have wondered about for a long time.

    Regarding Creatine and fasting, would 1-2 g of Creatine in coffee (as recommended by you) in the morning, and/ or pre-work effect insulin and blood glucose?

    I was thinking 3 doses of Creatine at 1.5-2 g per day. One in the morning, one pre workout and one post workout. I am fasting every day for at least 16 hours and don’t want to effect Insulin levels before my work out.

    Thank you man for all the help and knowledge you provide.
