GENERAL QUESTION FOR Ben readers …
I recently read a blog piece, re: some easy-to-follow guidelines for fitness novices for weight loss.
Title was something like “3 simple rules to lose weight” (paraphrasing).
ONE of the rules was definitely “no complex carbs after sunset / dark”
Does this sound familiar? If so, can anyone link to the article / divulge the other 2 (?) guidelines…?
