“Magic” Smoked & Fried Steak
This week, I tried my hand at…
…smoking and deep-fat frying a steak. Yes, yes, I know: deep-fat frying is right up there with high-heat grilling or heavy processing when it comes to potentially deleterious effects of meat, but this is an “every once in a while recipe,” and, as I point out in my book Boundless, if you “chase” high-heat oil food consumption with something to mop up a bit of the extra free radicals you’ll get from that meal, such as bone broth, dark polyphenols, antioxidants from herbs and spices, or even glycine and spirulina, it can help quite a bit to clean things up.
So for this recipe, I took a HUGE (as you can see!) 2.5lb grass-fed, grass-finished Tomahawk cut from US Wellness Meats and rubbed it down with Kion coffee grinds, rosemary, thyme, coarse salt, and cayenne.
I then smoked it at 165 on super-smoke mode on the Traeger Grill for 1 hour.
Next came the magic: I had a whole pile of beef suet and coconut oil leftover from last week’s “chicken confit” recipe, and I melted that down, along with my secret ingredient—wild blueberries, to make a blueberry-infused fat for frying the steak.
The rest is simple: I transferred the steak straight from the smoker, and, very carefully with some good kitchen tongs (of course this tactic only works with a Tomahawk because you can hold the bone, but in any other case, you’d need a frying basket), transferred it into the heated and melted oil, then gave it a 5-minute fry.
This smoked and fried beef was nothing short of amazing. And yes, I ate the entire 2.5lb steak myself…thank you very much.

Instantly Turn Any Pair of Shoes, Sneakers, or Boots Into Earthing Footwear

I grabbed a pair and outfitted them to one of my own pairs of tennis shoes and…voila!
I was instantly earthed with the special conductive material in these straps. They are super easy to add to any shoe. You just peel off the adhesive and slap them on. Erthe straps have been shown to decrease lactic acid levels, creatine kinase levels, and inflammation while simultaneously increasing countermovement jump performance and recovery time.

First: your hair looks amazing, I dont think you need anything for it. Or did you experience SARMs related effects on your hair?
Do you still recommend using SARMS and which one what would you recommend for explosive athletes? Would be nice to have an update as there is more clinical data emerging on this topic.
feel free to send more data on clinical trials, but I haven't really been advocating, using or even researching SARMS for several years.
