My Official Immortality Yogurt Recipe
If you heard my episode on fringe biohacks nobody’s heard of, then your ears may have perked up as my guest and I talked about a bacterial formula called “Immortalis” that stimulates the production of something called “Klotho” protein.
Your body’s circulating levels of soluble Klotho decrease with age and lower Klotho levels are associated with an increased risk of age-related diseases. In addition to helping your body produce more Klotho, this proprietary formula, created by Dr. Marco Ruggiero, MD, Ph.D., actually alters the gravitational pull inside cells, thus changing the time perspective in which they can heal (think 40 hours of healing within a 24-hour time frame). By doing so, the DNA in your cells actually has more “time” when multiplying, so less mutations!! I know this sounds crazy, but do a Pubmed search for “Klotho protein,” and you’ll find some pretty compelling research.
Klotho proteins have major effects on anti-aging and longevity but they CANNOT simply be taken exogenously, and instead must be combined with a blend of probiotic precursors to have the so-called “immortality” effect.
Anyways, after the interview, I got my hands on a bottle of Klotho mixed with probiotics from Immortalis (warning: this stuff ain’t cheap), and learned that the best way to 100x the effects is to ferment it in yogurt using a special recipe. So, naturally, that’s exactly what I did this week using goat milk that I boiled first then cooled to room temp, olive oil as a medium for the Klotho protein to grow with, two broken-open capsules of the actual Immortalis Klotho, and a cheap-ass yogurt maker. It took me about 10 minutes to whip up, then 12 hours to ferment before moving to my refrigerator where I’m hoping my wife doesn’t eat my entire batch of really, really expensive yogurt.
The olive oil part of this is actually important. The oleic acid in the olive oil binds to the chondroitin sulfate and vitamins in the probiotic formula thanks to the enzymes produced by the microbes during fermentation. In addition, the olive oil creates a natural hydrophobic layer which allows for the proliferation of anaerobic microbes. Not to mention the fact that oleic acid bound to chondroitin sulfate and vitamins, particularly vitamin D, has powerful therapeutic effects.
So if you are A) bored, and B) have money burning a hole in your pocket for expensive anti-aging probiotics, then try it out. Let me know if you do. By the way, the yogurt tastes amazing. However, I’ve only been eating it for three days now so haven’t tested telomeres or methylation clocks or anything like that. But I have been having some amazing morning poops. So there's that.

Here's a simple technique to burn fat fast that goes beyond exercise and diet.
For two decades, I've relied upon this one fat-loss technique that has never failed me or the clients I train. It is my most potent 1-2-3 fat-loss technique, and I call it Strike, Stroll, Shiver.
- Strike: This first step is optional, but it will give you an added fat-burning bonus: prior to “Stroll,” step 2, consume a cup of coffee or green tea to help mobilize fatty acids and slightly boost your metabolic rate. It has to be plain-Jane coffee or tea—no sugar, no cream, no MCT oil, no butter—but you can add a couple of capsules of a blood sugar stabilizer such as berberine, bitter melon extract or Kion Lean to enhance its fat-burning effects even more. Just remember: no calories. If you're concerned about losing muscle or you are attempting to gain significant lean muscle mass, you can also consume 10 to 20 g of Kion Aminos as well, which will provide a small anabolic effect without significantly spiking blood glucose or insulin.
- Stroll: As soon as you wake up, do a 10-40 minute light aerobic session in a fasted state. This will allow your body to tap into its own fat for fuel. (Having coffee or tea per step 1 won’t break your fast.) Choose anything that’s easy, aerobic, conversational, and low-stress. This will still allow you to perform a hard workout later in the day, and it won’t make you want to devour every breakfast item in sight afterward.

So did you make the Klotho yogurt back in January and are just getting around to telling us, or did you just get the product to try now?
Pretty skeptical on this one, because of who presented it, but always curious to hear your experience Ben. Please provide updates. The price tag on this is no joke and could break the bank for many – so appreciate the follow up on if it is snake oil, or the elixir of youth.
