How To Upgrade Your Dreams
A few weeks ago, I filled you in on the Aztec Dream Herb. Here are some other “dream hacks” that I've been experimenting with lately:
- Ultrasonic Mugwort Tincture – 1-5 drops is standard, 5-10 will get you pretty lit up, “blissy,” and euphoric. Above 10 has a higher potential for neurotoxicity and will result in feelings similar to an electrolyte imbalance.

Weightlifting Is A Waste Of Time?
That’s the title of a new book I’m reading by my former podcast guest John Jaquish, inventor of the X3 Bar.
Actually, the full title of the book is Weight Lifting Is a Waste of Time: So Is Cardio, and There’s a Better Way to Have the Body You Want.
This one actually turned out to be a surprisingly good book, chock full of info on everything from pre-loading prior to workouts with strange substances such as glycerol and Viagra (yes, Viagra), how to induce massive amounts of muscle hypertrophy and hyperplasia with minimal training, the shocking effects of so-called “variable resistance training” and much more. Dr. Jaquish lays out a superior strength training approach that has been seen to put 20 pounds of muscle on drug-free, experienced lifters (i.e., not beginners) in six months.

I have a quick question, I currently follow the low carb diet and eat all my carbs post workout in the evening, I’m about to start a month of night shifts, in this scenario would I just carry on the nutrition es usual except Id be awake from 4pm until 8am (so post workout meal would be 6am and last meal of the day?
Any tips for night shift nutrition and workouts would be great!!
