My Latest Fascinating Discoveries: Cool New Things I'm Trying, Books I'm Reading, And More!

How I Know I'll Sleep Like A Champion (Wherever I Am In The World)

I’ve been on the road traveling quite a bit, but I’ve had some really amazing nights of sleep, despite being out of my comfort zone.

I’m often asked how I prepare for a good night’s sleep while traveling. The protocol I’ve been following lately is below:

💤 Room temperature set at about 65 degrees Fahrenheit
💤 Red light headlamp with Ra Optics blue light blockers for getting around the hotel room at night and early in the morning
💤 One SandMan melatonin suppository and one Solace suppository with two droppers of ElementHealth CBD, plus one serving of Kion Sleep
💤 Evening prayer of gratitude paired with 4-7-8 breathwork for 10 minutes (in 4, hold 7, out 8)
💤 ApolloNeuro set in “sleep mode”
💤 Phone by bedside in airplane mode playing NuCalm sounds next to the nightstand to drown out noise (if you can't afford NuCalm, Sleepstream app set in “pink noise” is another good option).

That might seem like a lot of stuff, but it’s pretty much like brushing your teeth once you get used to good sleep hygiene and good sleep habits.

And how do I know how I'm doing? Checking my Oura sleep scores gives me a comprehensive look. Learn more here.

I'll make this quick… I'm back with some more funky NFTs!

This time for my book, “Endure: Tools, Tactics & Habits For Spiritual Stamina“, which you might remember me releasing last year.

I first did a round of NFTs for my Boundless Cookbook, and those did so well that I just had to do it again for Endure.

These never-before-seen cover designs for the book are just so beautiful, I had to share them with you (like the one you see right in this blog post.).

My New Parenting Book Is Available To Pre-Order Now

It's officially done.

That is, I just put the finishing touches on my brand new parenting book – which covers and decodes everything from education to baby nutrition to discipline to legacy to finances to college and much, much more!

It's called…drumroll please…

Boundless Parenting: Tools, Tactics & Habits of Great Parents.

This book isn't just written by me and my superstar wife Jessa. Rather, I put together a dream list of amazing and inspirational parents who I admire and asked them to share their best-of-the-best tools, tactics, and habits for raising incredible children in this modern world.

Part of my motivation to create this anthology of parenting wisdom was my own wish to know “all the answers” before I became a parent. I would have loved to have had the perfect parenting blueprint. Unfortunately, when Jessa and I were young parents, there was no step-by-step instruction guide that existed for how to raise impactful, happy, and fulfilled young humans – so we, along with most parents, walked into this life-altering journey without a blueprint.

But now it exists. Why try to go on this parenting journey alone and make time-wasting and life-changing mistakes when parents who have come before you can share with you all their insider secrets?

So now Boundless Parenting is here…I couldn't be more excited, and guess what? Pre-orders are LIVE right now! Head over to BoundlessParentingBook.com to learn more and sign-up for pre-order notifications.

A Quick Little “By the Way”…

Spending time connecting with the Earth brings us clarity in our relationships, professions, health, finances, and more. Done right, it helps us come back to who we truly are, and reconnect with our spirit – that thread of meaning, purpose, and vision that is like rocket fuel for life itself.

My friend Tim Corcoran has dedicated his entire life’s work to learning about, practicing, and helping people reconnect with this subtle and nuanced process. It involves a lot more than just going for a hike or doing some gardening. On February 16th, Tim is hosting a free live teaching event exploring all of this. It's called Remembering Ourselves As Earth, and includes an exploration of nature-based pathways to connect with soul, purpose, and vision.

Product Of The Week:

::: Save 50% On Healthy Children's Gummies That Actually Taste Good :::

Children’s vitamins are basically candy in disguise.

They’re loaded with up to an average of two teaspoons of sugar, unhealthy chemicals, and other gummy junk that growing kids should never eat. I grew up on the Flinstones vitamins and had no clue…but now I know better.

But considering even the healthiest of kids generally need to fill gaps in their diets, pediatricians still do recommend a daily children’s multivitamin to “fill in the gaps” a growing kid needs, and also to address the common nutrient deficiencies found in modern food.

That’s why the folks at a company called “Hiya” created a chewable vitamin that’s pediatrician-approved for kids of all ages – and isn’t a nasty, chemical-filled sugar-bomb disguised as a “vitamin.”

Formulated with the help of nutritional experts, Hiya is created with a blend of twelve organic fruits and veggies, then supercharged with fifteen essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, B12, C, Zinc, and several other compounds to help support a growing child’s immunity, energy, brain function, mood, concentration, teeth, bones, and more.

While most children’s vitamins are filled with up to five grams of sugar and can contribute to a variety of health issues, Hiya is made with zero sugar and zero gummy junk, yet it tastes great (thanks to sweetness from monk fruit), perfect for picky eaters. And it’s non-GMO, vegan, dairy-free, allergy-free, gelatin-free, nut-free, and everything else good you can imagine. In other words…it’s nothing like those Flinstones vitamins I (and maybe you too!) used to pop like candy back in the day.

Hiya also is completely reimagining vitamin packaging. Your first order arrives fresh with a 30-day supply, refillable glass bottle to decorate, and then no-plastic refill pouches are sent monthly on a pediatrician-recommended schedule so you have one less thing to worry about. Nice, right? And what’s even nicer is that Hiya is offering a “sweet” 50% deal on your first order.

They taste great. They’re well formulated. My sons love them. I’ve even been known to sneak a few myself, as they’re kind of like a healthy gummy bear, without the sugar. So try Hiya, and ditch the other frankenfood multivitamins.

Click here to try Hiya vitamins, and save 50% on your first order (automatically applied at checkout).
