New Discoveries Of The Week: Cool New Things I'm Trying, Books I'm Reading, And More!
I'm Now Drinking My Own Stem Cells (And So Can You – Not Kidding)
You might already know that I'm often into crazy, cutting-edge biohacking technology, and often willing to give anything a try, but when I first heard about Infopathy, an online infoceuticals platform, I will admit I thought at first it was super woo—even for me.
The science behind infoceuticals (ICs) is fascinating. ICs are electromagnetic signals that are generated using algorithms or recorded from substances that have healing, therapeutic, or other biological effects. You're shifting your brainwaves into certain states to simulate what pharmaceuticals or supplements would do. For example, the Apollo and Hapbee devices that I use regularly are wearables that transmit ICs to your body to induce states such as relaxation, muscle recovery, and deep work mode.
Anyways, I talked about the technology of ICs in-depth with Anton Fedorenko—the creator of Infopathy—when I had him on my podcast in this super interesting discussion. Infopathy is an online program through which you can download signals recorded from different substances such as pharmaceuticals, herbs, botanical oils, and any other products.
Now, here's the really crazy part…
When I was 30 years old, I had stem cells extracted from my young, vibrant body. ;) Stem cells are undifferentiated cells that have the potential to develop into many different cell types including muscle cells, blood cells, and brain cells when the body needs them, serving as a powerful repair system for the body.
So Anton up at Infopathy had a crazy idea. He had me ship my stem cells on ice to his facility, he then took the frequency imprint of my stem cells, and now that imprint is available online to anyone who wants to, well, drink me in. :) I had the first glass of my own stem cells last week, and let me tell you, it kind of blew my mind.
Here's how the process went down…
I started with the frozen stem cells from my 30-year-old self:
I had the lab storing the cells ship off the pouches of frozen stem cells to Infopathy, packaged in dry ice:
Infopathy brought my frozen cells into solution form:
The stem cells were then ready for the frequency to be recorded:
The recording was completed and the imprint was added to Infopathy's database:
Voila! And with that, my stems cell imprint is now ready. There are 3 types of devices that allow you to use these stem cells in different ways—imprinted to a liquid (like water), directly applied to the body, or listened to with headphones. I imprinted my stem cells to a glass of water with this device that Infopathy created called a Glowing IC Pad. I've featured this pad many times on my Instagram stories because it is not only next-level technology, but it's perhaps one of the sexiest-looking devices I own.
So yes, my own personal stem cell imprint is now available through Infopathy—and you can also download signals for reproductive health, immune system bolstering, digestive repair, and much more with a membership.
Infopathy offers a 30-day free trial for you to play around with it, and all you need besides headphones or a device like the glowing pad is a plain ol' glass of water (you can also imprint to other drinks like cocktails, which I discuss in the podcast with Anton, but I think that's enough mind-bending information for now).
So, what do you think about this technology? Can you wrap your head around drinking the imprint from my younger stem cells? I can't wait to hear your feedback.
The Mossy Drink I Had To Try On My Austin Trip
Not long ago, I had my friends Max Lugavere and Crosby Tailor on my podcast, and one of the many things we talked about was volume eating—a strategy whereby the food on your plate takes up a good deal of physical space with a minimal caloric load. I followed up that podcast with an article about my top pantry staples, many of which fit the volume eating bill. A favorite of mine—the first pantry staple on that list—is sea moss gel, so when I saw a sea moss featured beverage recently on a trip, I of course had to order it.
I discovered this Mossy Cacao drink at a really fantastic and tasty location called ATX Food Co. in Austin, Texas. Everything on their alkaline-based menu is unprocessed and locally sourced, and they practice zero waste management. The Mossy Cacao drink they prepared tasted amazing—it was made from dates, walnuts, hemp seeds, cacao, and – you guessed it – sea moss gel. You can order it hot or cold (I chose cold) and it contains all 102 of 102 organic minerals in the human body. As you know, I love coffee, but this is an excellent coffee/caffeine alternative that you can easily make at home, and sea moss, it turns out, it quite an excellent smoothie “filler” ingredient for tasty, smooth, creamy bulk in a smoothie.
My favorite brand of sea moss gel that I'm now replicating this recipe with at home is Akasha Superfoods Sea moss gel (use code BEN10 to save 10%)—which was recommended to me by my friend Drew Canole—because it's a good, clean, organic variety that comes in different styles and flavors. And while it's not cheap, you won't need a whole lot to make this drink at home. Just add a few tablespoons of sea moss to your blender, along with ice to desired texture, sea salt, stevia, cacao and any other superfoods you want to add, and blend!
What do you think? Have you ever had a drink with sea moss gel in it? If not, would you be up for giving it a try?

::: Relieve Digital Eye Strain With Just 1 Capsule A Day :::
Did you know the average American spends over 13 hours a day in front of a digital screen?
Constant eye strain from computers, smartphones, and tablets is creating a serious struggle for maintaining optimal eye health, and (very relatedly) vision quality and cognitive health.
Blue light glasses and screen filters help, but what if digital eye strain could be addressed at the level of the eye itself and give you lots of overall eye health benefits at the same time?
Our friends at Neurohacker finally make that possible with their new formula, Qualia Vision.
Qualia Vision blends 9 nutrients that are all-stars of eye health to:
- Reduce eye fatigue and strain
- Provide relief for tired, sore, irritated eyes
- Promote faster recovery from photostress
- Enhance visual processing
- Protect the front and back of the eyes from blue light stress
The clinically-researched nutrients include:
- Amla fruit extract which has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to support eye health and counter eye fatigue.
- Saffron extract from the crocus flower, containing carotenoids, the antioxidant most associated with supporting healthy macula.
- Bilberry fruit extract which has a long history in European herbal tradition for enhancing vision and has clinical studies showing capacity to support eye fatigue resilience from video exposure.
- Plus 6 other carefully chosen eye nutrients to protect eyes from our modern environment
As far as simplicity and price, Qualia Vision is just 1 capsule a day, and less than $20 dollars to try a bottle!
::: 20% Off + Free Shipping From Organifi :::
Not everyone has the time or means to always source fresh, organic vegetables, and even if you do, your fresh veggies start to lose their nutritional value just sitting on the shelf or in the fridge.
That's why it's important to have a go-to superfood supplement on hand.
Organifi is my pick for upgrading my nutrition at home and on the road. Their superfood juice powders are quick, easy, and take fantastic. As an added bonus, you can get your daily greens without breaking the bank, at around $2 per juice.
Organifi is offering a special deal to my audience only for the month of July only. Get a 20% discount and free shipping off your entire order when you use code BENG20. Organifi is an organic superfood supplement line that makes quality, trusted nutrition convenient and accessible.
This is one of the best offers I've ever seen from Organifi, so stock up now before this offer ends July 31st. Happy (instant) juicing!

I would not recommend anyone to drink someone elses stem cells, this leads to RNA interference (Nobel Prize was given for the discovery in 2006)
