🔥 Lift + Protein > Everything: New research shows that even in a calorie surplus, participants lost fat when combining resistance training with a high-protein diet. This echoes older findings (study here) showing that lifting with adequate protein (≥1g/lb of bodyweight) can still lead to muscle gains, even during an 800-calorie deficit (read the study).

👃 Creatine Up the Nose? Intranasal creatine is showing promise for boosting brain creatine levels and improving cognitive performance in rodents. While you might not want to snort it just yet, this could be a future method for targeted brain support (study here).

💪 Does Collagen Count Toward Daily Protein? Yes, at least partially. Research confirms that collagen peptides can contribute to your total protein intake, though they’re not a complete protein source (study).
