Barb says: She gets a lot of mucus and histamine response after her hard workouts. After intervals on the bike or in the pool. It has been happening on and off for a couple years but lately it is very constant. Is this related to recovery? It is very debilitating. Do you know what the cause could be?

    Thanks again for all the great stuff you guys put out there. So I really had a good laugh when you made that joke about perhaps finding out that you're Chinese. I've always considered myself Chinese – both my parents were born there. And if you recall meeting me, I think you'd swear I was Chinese. So I was delighted when 23andme told me I had a 91.7% chance of being Chinese!!! =)

    Hi Ben!
    Interesting to hear about the sweetdreams vaporizer, because I'm experiencing really bad sleep.
    Could you use this every night before bed time? Or would the melatonin which is included in the blend lower the bodies own capabilities to produce melatonin in the longer term?
    Thank you!

    1. Well, I would not PERSONALLY use it every night for the exact reasons you've stated…a couple times a week to "settle you down" isn't too bad, and remember the older you are the less melatonin you make, so while kids shouldn't use it period, adults can get away with a handful of times a month. Not based on research, just anecdotes and thoughts.
