Brock!!! don't leave us!!!! I listened to this episode on my way to work yesterday and for the first time ever….the ben greenfield podcast left me feeling sad instead of amped up for the day.

Thank you for all that you have done the past four years Brock. I feel like i'm saying goodbye to a friend, not just some guy on a podcast. Sending well wishes your way. You will be missed.

  4. halcyon82 says:

I can only echo the sentiments of others here Brock – a sincere thanks for your work on the podcast. While I'm sure it will continue to be high quality, it won't ever quite be the same as it has been with you at the helm. The chemistry and humour between you and Ben has elevated the interesting subject matter into something that I truly find entertaining and a joy to listen to.

You mentioned at the end of the show that you'd be happy to have feedback & suggestions passed on to Ben & Rachel, about how to try and fill your absence. I only have one, which is also what I consider to be your biggest strength during your time as co-host: ask the layman's question. Ben obviously has a deep knowledge of the science & background of what is being discussed, but so often I find myself thinking after he has said something 'but how does that relate to…?' or 'what if you changed a certain aspect of that idea and…?' – at which point, more often than not, you asked the exact question I was thinking of. All the best in your future endeavours.

  5. Kat_f says:

Brock, so sad you'll be leaving. I enjoyed your immense contributions to the show: your humor, well-informed questions, and insightful remarks. Your style was so great for the show: different but complimentary to Ben's. Best of luck on your new endeavors!

  6. Christy says:

Brock- we will surely miss you! Where can we keep up with your latest adventures? Twitter name?

  7. Luke Jones says:

Sad to see Brock leave! He’ll be missed, but I wish him all the best on his Zamboni adventures… Rachel seems like a really cool girl though and I’m sure she’s gonna do a great job!

  8. megslovingthoughts says:

Brock, you will be so missed! I've really enjoyed the fun and silliness between you and Ben over the years. You're an awesome guy, and I wish you the very best with your new ventures.
