Listen on:

I've been getting a lot of questions about C60 – AKA Carbon 60 – AKA Buckminsterfullerene – which is now being championed as one of the most potent anti-aging and anti-inflammatory molecules in existence, and highly effective for both people and animals.

So I decided to get one of the world's leading C60 researchers and formulators on my show to discuss C60 and beyond. His name is Ian Mitchell.

Ian based the development of his version of his company's C60 on the detoxification of the body, the reduction of inflammation, and the associated pain that comes with it. His product contains an assortment of ingredients that exhibit antioxidant properties 270 times stronger than Vitamin C, eliminate scar tissue, and rehabilitate injured tissues. The result is an increase in energy, alertness, and overall well being.

Ian's company, C360Health, adheres to the strictest quality control standards that assure the purity of Carbon60 Plus. Unlike most other C60 EVOO producers, they are not just buying and mixing “off the shelf” components. They carefully test the Carbon60 assuring maximum purity and yield and then combine that with domestically sourced olive oil. This allows them to control all components of the supply chain as well as to perform periodic inspections at all stages of the process. Their Carbon60 purity is measured using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and extra virgin olive oil tested via spectrophotometric analysis.

  1. Hey Ben and Ian,

High five for some really awesome content – talk about a deep dive into this subject…thrilling!

I’m in Australia and we have some c60 suppliers out here that are using some great local organic olive oil but I noticed their c60 dosage was .8mg/ml and they call that the full saturation point.

Ian, I noticed your Revive product contained 1.2mg/ml so wondering the difference with the increased dosage (when they say full saturation to me it’s implying that’s the max amount the oil can take)

I know it’s been some time since you spoke about the is but would appreciate your input.

    Alastair.

  2. David Kim says:

Are these products supposed to taste rancid?

  3. Mark says:

Don’t waste your money on the hair growth serum. Tried it for a few months. No changes.

  4. Tom Kristoff says:

Since I started taking the C60 Plus my penis has grown 2 inches. Should I back off?

  5. Ben says:

This c360 hair growth serum did not work for me at all. i have been using for 5 months. no improvement

    1. Kollo says:

You should try adding massaging (pinching, pressing, stretching) into your regime, or even dermarolling. Also look into your diet for things that could be causing chronic inflammation, metal toxicity, nutritional deficiency. LLLT could also be an option. Hairloss is hard….sigh.

  6. James says:

    Ian,

I wanted to reach out as I have been using your hair product since January 15. I have been applying nightly before bed. I’m just now running out of the serum but still have a little of the activator left (of my first bottle). For whatever reason there seems to be a difference with how much comes out in a drop. Anyhow, I have not been seeing any sort of results. I have been applying about 20 drops to the crown of my head (the sides are very thick). First of the serum and then of the activator. More recently I’ll do some drops of the serum after the activator as it does ‘burn’ a little bit. When it does burn I will scratch my head from time to time. Another thing to note, I have shorter haircut so I haven’t been using shampoo. I’m just trying to give you all the information to see if you could better help.

Do you have any recommendations or insights? Thanks!

  7. Lydia Deven says:

Ian, I would love it if you could explain why Hyaluronic Acid is in the women’s (Rejuvenate) formula, and not men’s; and why CoQ10 is in the men’s (Revive) formula, and not women’s.

I don’t want to draw my own conclusions. AND… don’t women really benefit from CoQ10 as well? I’m not as familiar with Hyaluronic Acid except it’s in a bunch of skin creams. Sure, I enjoy having nice skin, but I care a heck of a lot more about the engine!
    Thank you!!!

  8. Matt says:

Tried the hair regrowth product for a month and a half as directed and have noticed zero results. Zip. Nada.

    1. Euselta says:

I am lucky then because my hair is growing. I have tried so many different products before. I am going to continue using it.

    2. Hanna says:

It actually worked for me! Used it on my hairline and eyebrows

  9. Leslie says:

Ian, what dosage would you suggest for a child approx 100lbs?

  10. ron says:

I placed an order for 2 items from C360 on 12/2 and only one item arrived and they said that the order is fulfilled. After notifying them about the missing item, they said they’ll ship it but I’ve yet to receive the tracking info. It’s almost 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

    1. Ron says:

Disregard. I’m a victim of missing packages during the holidays.

  11. Clark Tuthill says:

So Ben how come none of these questions are answered?

    1. Greg Ross says:

Seems like it’s too good to be true – I’m guessing that is why

  12. Spyrel says:

I hope Ian is still checking these as I have two product questions:

Why would one take Revive rather than Carbon60 Plus or visa versa? I’m confused as to which one would be better for (1) overall health and also for (2) anti-inflammation. Is it simply that Revive is better, or are they tailored to different things?

Also, and I recognize that this is weird, but is there any external application here an anti-wrinkle cream, etc.? If so, would the hair growth serum work for that on your face (NOT to grow hair (ugh) just to stimulate collagen, etc.) or would the regular Carbon60 work for that? Just curious. Feel free to snicker and say “. . . uh, no”.

    Thanks.

  13. Ward says:

Does anyone recall a recent podcast by Dave Asprey where they were talking about Hydrogen Water I believe and Asprey asked if it was advisable to take c60 while taking hydrogen water and the answer was that one would cancel the benefits of the other. Can’t recall which one was doing the canceling. Sorry for the vagueness.

    1. Lone says:

The Hydrogen water is effective with C60 because it “recharges” the antioxident properties of the C60 that is hanging out in your body. This has been shown in studies to be true. Those experimenting with C60 are also using browns gas to accomplish the same effect. There is a k elmer on youtube and telegram that has some videos on the subject.

  14. Tim Redondo says:

    Hey Ian!

I enjoyed your podcast and I’ve been following you around the audio world since I discovered you on this one because I find this discussion fascinating. I purchased your revive product and I’ve been taking it the past few days, maybe 5 days now. I also take neurohacker’s Qualia and Eternus supplements. I’m not sure if you’re familiar with them but you can find them at their website. I’ve been kinda having a headache for the past few days and that’s not normal for me at all. I tend to never get headaches. I also take bulletproof coffee quite a bit with a bunch of stuff in it and quite a few mushroom extracts And cbd. I guess I’m Trying to figure out if your product can react poorly to any of these products? I also infared sauna regularly. I know that’s a lot of informantion but I’m trying to figure out what’s right for me. I hope you get this. Thanks! I look forward to living to be 300 to 400 years old with you. Cheers! Ps. I’m 27 now.

  15. Karen says:

    Hi

Just caught the podcast, Was great. I ordered 2 bottles auto ship C60plus a month. Confused on initial dose to load and and then continued use. I am also interested in pulsing the dose to avoid the natural anti-oxidant down regulation as mentioned in the podcast, once I am loaded:) Im 58 yr old female athletic, tall lean168, Interested in joint pain relief, longevity and being a bad ass. :

    Thank you

  16. Leelan Sala says:

Hi Ian I am a huge fan of your products and was so excited to see you were on the BGF podcast. I am very interested in the Anti M compound you’re making. Is there any prediction on when this will be available? Thanks

  17. M says:

    Hi Ian,
    Great podcast.
A few questions about the hairgrowth kits.

When will they be back in stock?

I tend to just comb through with coconut oil. Will this need to be washed out for the serum and activator to work? Will it enhance the efficacy or detract from it?

Finally, can you leave the serum and activator on as a leave in, or does it need to be washed out?

    Thank you

    M.

  18. Tony says:

You covered a bit about hair growth. Any thoughts on how to reverse immature grey hair? I got some gray hair at age 26.
    Thank you!

  19. Scott Andrews says:

I am curious as to whether you’ll be coming out with a product equivalent to your Companion ( for animals, especially with joint pain ) for humans, or whether the Companion is also effective for human use?

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Scott, the product for humans is the one I take called Revive. It’s aces!! ~ i

  20. Clari says:

Can the hair regrowth serum be used on color hair? If no, why?

    1. Clari says:

Just to clarify, color hair meaning hair that is dyed.

    2. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Clari,

It can’t be used on dyed hair, b/c the activator serum is used to get the growth serum into the cells on tour scalp and anything that is already there will go with it. Most dyes are not the warmest and fuzziest of compounds and generally aren’t the sort of thing that you would want to introduce intracellularly.

      ~ i

      1. Keith says:

Ian are you guys shipping products? I called and no answer. I wrote Dan and still no answer. The last response was it will ship Nov 19th and then nothing more. What gives?

  21. Kylie Watt says:

    Hi guys!

Question regarding C60 Companion… this is something I think could make WAVES in the equine world. I am very interested in adding it to my horses daily supplement program. Have you guys had many horse owners use it and share their successes? Any studies done specifically on animals? Thanks in advance!

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Kylie,

Yes and yes!! We’ve had remarkable success with horses and have done 2 full clinical trials with animals.
Touch base with Dan if you’d like more info.
      [email protected]

      Cheers,

      ~ i

  22. Randall says:

I placed an order and have not heard anything regarding the status.

I also sent an email for Ian, but with no reply. I have seen him respond here. Please check your email and order request at C360 Health… I look forward to trying your product. I hope your product works better than your email service. I have spoken.

    Kind regards, Randall

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Randall, I’m glad you posted, as I replied to your email last Sunday and it would have been lost in the shuffle had you not said something. Please check your email as I just forwarded the reply from Sunday. I’ve heard tell that the C360HG is shipping on Tuesday as it was sold out, so of that was a portion of your order, that is likely the delay. Cheers, ~ i

      1. Keith says:

Any updates Ian? I’ve tried calling and emailing and I’m not getting a response from Dan Bensimon?

Are you guys shipping product or providing refunds?

        Thanks Keith Bean

  23. Mary Marovich says:

With chronic inflammation due to Lyme with mold biotoxin illness, which product and at what dosage is recommended? Thanks

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Mary,

I’d recommend the revive and go 1.5X higher than recommended on the label for both loading and maintenance. Please let me know how it works with specific regard to your energy levels.

      ~ i

      1. Mary Marovich says:

        Thanks!

        1. Mary Marovich says:

Is the Revive specifically for men?

  24. Afsheen Shah says:

Another great episode as always! Thank you Ben for all the information you provide and the amazing guests that you feature. I have been listening to you since the year you first started your podcast and with the various challenges and issues I have faced over those years I truly don’t think I could have made it through without your podcast. God bless.

  25. Stephane says:

Hello Ian, there is an 404 error on your website for the HairGrowth page.

I would like to order some. Is it possible to ship to France?

    Thanks for your time

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Stephanie,

Send a note to the support email and they’ll get you fixed up for shipping there.

      Cheers,

      ~ i

  26. John Wike says:

Is there a discount code for the c360 website? Thanks!

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi John, no, there isn’t currently a discount code. ~ i

  27. Deanna says:

The hair growth directions seem to indicate that if you need to use it daily you should not be using shampoo and conditioner at all. Is this true? Might work with guys and buzz cut hair, but us women we will have a real hard time.

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Deanna, not the case. It’s best if you use the serum late in the evening and then wash your hair in the morning. The idea is that there isn’t residue that ends up getting pushed into the cells and mucks up the gear works.

  28. Blair says:

Hi Ian, I enjoyed the podcast! I’m keen to try the C360 HairGrowth as I’m thinning on top. I’ve tried to order off the C360 Heath website. The issue is that when I enter my address it doesn’t recognise it. I’m in New Zealand. Cheers, Blair

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Blair,
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for letting me know!! Always more pleasant to hear that as opposed to “who is this daft fool and why is he prattling on about carbon?!?!” 😁
As for your shipping concern, I believe that’s being addressed at the moment with a diatributor in NZ. Send a note on the support email and ask to be updated and they will likely connect you with the NZ contact person.
      Cheers,
      ~ i

    2. Chad says:

Ive used the product for one month now and have not noticed any growth.

  29. Damian says:

Ian, thanks for the info. Any reason to believe (or not) that the hair regrowth serum would work to fill in a patchy beard? Also, when you used it to regrow hair, or in your experience with others, did it work on hair that had been lost a couple years prior, or only more recently?

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Damian, it will work on beards. A friend of my daughter used it for that purpose. Seemed to take out his patchiness pretty well.
I’ve seen it grow hair that has long since been absent (as in many many years)
If you give it a whirl, let me know your experience, so I can pass it along if it comes up for others.
      Thanks,
      ~ i.

  30. Kevin says:

Is there any benefit to taking c60 for yeast overgrowth, such as candida?

    1. Deanna says:

I would like to know this as well, and if not working currently on Yeast Overgrowth, are there any efforts ongoing to tune C60 for this condition? It is very frustrating with no good solutions yet on the market.

    2. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Kevin,
I haven’t studied it and as such can’t give you a yes or a no. Sorry I can’t help out on this one. ~ i

  31. nusha Kerin says:

Hi – Ian and Ben – my question is about safety and cancer.

I’d love to try this product but how can you endorse it with the concerns re cancer growth?

Although the mechanism is different – the analogy is like the effects of growth hormone – everything grows – you feels great but if there is an early undiagnosed cancer or precancerous lesion – it sounds like this will go on a field day!!

Can you alleviate my fears that this is NOT the case??

I’m confused how it could be so widely available for human consumption with this potential tumour stimulating effect and absence of long term reassuring studies to argue otherwise

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Nisha,
There aren’t any concerns of which I’m aware that have testing or clinicals validating that concept. I appreciate the analogy, but it didn’t hold up to testing. In a test I ran over a year or so using homozygous P-53 knockout mice there wasn’t an incidence of mortality from cancer, which in and of itself is a bit anomalous, but nonetheless it was the result.
Additionally, as a note of personal relevance, I would be long since dead at the quantities I generally consume if there were any cancer promoting properties. I hope this helps a bit, but if your preference is to play it safe, give it a few years and I’m sure more data will be made public on the topic.
      ~ i

  32. Dena Zimbel says:

Can you shed some light on the findings in this study regarding the phototoxicity of c60?

Not sure if its talking about degradation of the molecule or harm to the epithelial cells. Thanks!
    https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/tx800478u

    1. Dena Zimbel says:

I re-read the abstract and it does seem they are measuring cellular ocular damage…which version of c60 is in your products?
It seems the aggregated derivative CDF150 was not phototoxic, but the (γ-CyD)2/C60, CDF0 or bi-capped derivative was.
      Could you kindly clarify??? Thanks!

    2. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Dena, the (γ-CyD)2/C60 is intended to be a photosensitizing agent and very different than a lipofullerene. Also, you wouldn’t want to use the CDF150 as a supplement. The compounds in the paper are pretty nifty for delivery etc. but are quite different and not something designed to enhance your body in a general sense. IMO, you also want to steer clear of hydroxylated fullerenes as there have been some reports that linked those to genotoxic outcomes (specifically in zebra fish if memory serves).

  33. Michelle says:

    Hi Ian,

I just ordered a subscription for the women’s Rejuvenate. Thank you for providing all the great info and making these products available. I’m so excited to include this in my wellness regimen.

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hi Michelle,

You’re very welcome and I hope you enjoy it!!!!

      ~ i

  34. Mike says:

Will I have to take the hair growth product for the rest of my life or can I take it for a few months to see long term effects?

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Mike, I made it for myself and didn’t want to have to do it forever. Just on more of an infrequent touch up basis. After it grows back and you stop using the serum, it will go away again at roughly the same page that it went away originally. I would recommend regrowing it and then just using it a few days a month after the fact.

  35. Adrienne says:

I know that taking anti- oxidants within so many hours pre and post training isn’t the best idea for recovery. Is this the same with this product? This is suggested to take in the morning. If I lift in the morning (powerlifting), would it be best/ alright to take in the evening? ( at least 4 hrs post training). Or is it like DHA/EPA that can be consumed prior to lifting but not too soon after?

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Adrienne, for your training routine as described, sounds like it would be best to take it in the evening post training. I don’t think it’s necessary that it be 4 hours afterwards, 2 is fine.

  36. Dave says:

Hey Ian, I’m an airline pilot so I get a healthy dose of radiation, should I go with the suggested serving size or up the dose while I’m flying.

    Thanks.

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

      Hey Dave,

I would up the dose while flying. Take it about 4-6 hours pre-flight to give it plenty of time to distribute throughout your system.

    2. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi David, I apologize in advance for the forthcoming onslaught of nerd….
This study has always intrigued me, b/c my dad cited it after his hear attack when I recommended that he take lipifullerenes to protect himself against reperfusion injury in the future. The real issue is that in a proper form the C60 is fantastic and in an improper form it can be damaging. In this particular study it was set up very differently than I would ever recommend for ingestion by any mammal. It was bound to PVP and I very much take issue with the safety of that. So pulling the data from their supplemental information (which generally goes unread) here’s how it was made:
A homogeneous suspension was prepared by
adding a solution of PVP (94.5 mg) in CHCl3 (3.15 mL) to a solution of C60 (0.63 mg) in toluene (0.78 mL) and stirring for 30 min. The solution was transferred quantitatively to a 5 mL volumetric flask and brought to volume with CHCl3. Aliquots of 0.28 mL were removed using a calibrated syringe to generate sample of 0.035 mg of C60 and 5.29 mg PVP each. The volatiles
were evaporated using ultra pure nitrogen and the residue was dissolved in 0.3 mL of ethanol.
So, cutting to the chase, they combined it with a biologically poor carrier that has occasionally been found to be inflammatory. When you conjugate C60, quite frequently you end up getting different properties than one might expect. I would posit that this is exactly what happened here.
There are a fair number of studies from Baylor University that drive the point home about it’s RI protective benefits. They’re worth a read.

  37. David says:

I wonder if Ian would comment on the 2014 study that showed cardiac injury in rats exposed to c60.

  38. Geoff Lay says:

I’ve been doing a lot of Googling today and I’ve read multiple times that carbon 60 in olive oil becomes carcinogenic if it’s exposed to any light what-so-ever. (Longecity.org, Reddit etc). Is there any truth to this and is the oil from 360 made/shipped in a way which protects it from this? Is time limit before it becomes dangerous to take?

I have a couple of questions…I noticed you have c60 plus and also an extra strength option. If I took a little extra of the regular would I notice the same results?

Also, what are the primary reasons for taking revive over the c60 plus? I’m in my mid 40s and along with improving overall health I want to perform better athletically and increase overall energy.

    Thanks

      Ian,

When you get a chance I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this.

  40. Mitch says:

Would this be efficacious for TBI recovery?

  41. Rick says:

Interesting info. Looking for a C60 product for someone with colorectal cancer (Stage IV). Would that be the c360 Revive? Any suggestions on dosing.

    Thanks!

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Rick, the first things to do would be to get them on a keto diet, have them contact the center for deuterium depletion that is referenced in the show notes above. I’m biased, but if it were me, the Revive is what I would run with, but only as a month on 2 week off protocol. I sincerely hope this helps out and they make a great recovery!!

  42. Aves Bird says:

should probably word on that website….. The dogs (pets) product you raved about serves a 404 error. https://c360health.com/product/companion-60-for-d…. is it available?

what’s the shelf like on this stuff? does the efficacy decrease over time?

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Aves, the URL is below:
      https://c360health.com/product/companion60-for-dogs-8-oz/
Yep, it’s available and the shelf life is a year and yes the efficacy does decrease over time.

  43. Samantha Hill says:

Guys got all kinds of hacky solutions for people. But yet can’t even regulate his own body weight. What a joke.

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Samantha, I worked out with Ben and he looks great and is probably rocking sub 6% body fat, so I’m not sure what you’re on about, but you should probably stand down or you’ll give him a complex.

      1. Mike says:

        Like your style Ian

  44. Preston says:

I’ve been looking for a reputable source of Epitalon (and other peptides). There are so many suppliers popping up and it is likely a lot of them are not providing good quality products. I can order through my functional doctors but the cost is through the roof doing it that way. I don’t think I can buy direct from Tailormade.

Any ideas of reliable Epitalon and overall peptide sources would be great.

    Thanks

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Preston, GenScript is very reliable and where I purchase mine. ~ i

  45. john says:

on page 262 of dave aspreys book superhuman it says carbon60plus currently costs $25 for a 6 week supply.

My calculations from the website indicate something closer to $180 for a 6 week supply. What am i missing?

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi John, at a teaspoon a day that’s just about right for the base product Carbon60PLUS. It’s $27/bottle and a lot of people use that over the course of a month or a bit longer. I personally take quite a bit more, but am going for a different effect long term. ~ i

      1. Ian Mitchell says:

One other quick point John, I’d recommend you dose it with hormesis in mind, i.e. take a day, skip a day take 3 days skip a day, etc. Just keep it a bit randomized so your body doesn’t get used to it and down-regulate your own endogenous antioxidant production.

      2. Julie Siemers says:

What is the difference in Carbon60Plus and the Revive or Rejuvenate?

  46. john says:

it appears that the extra strength c60 is 4 ounces or 24 teaspoons. At a 2 teaspoon dose a day a $44 bottle should last 12 days. Its close to $4 a day. is this correct?

with a 10 day loading phase of 4.5 teaspoons a day the first bottle should only last 5 days. Am i getting this wrong?

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

I’d recommend you run with the base product as it’s only $27 so at a teaspoon a day, works out to $1.12 a day and it’s even less expensive if you go with a subscription program.

  47. Michael Lance says:

Went to the website but the info on bottle size and number of doses isn’t found anywhere. The bottle image is blurry and you can’t make out the fl oz either. So…how can I determine the cost per month? I can’t. Very sad. Not impressed. I’ll just have to assume its ridiculously expensive per dose and on bottle only lasts half a month. No sale.

  48. Alise Ford says:

Wow. Not a single answer. Not cool.

  49. Bob Daniels says:

What utter snake oil. I thought higher standards for science outweigh $$

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Bob, what specifically are you addressing? If you give me some direction, I’ll know what studies to send your way. ~ i

    2. joe luisi says:

My issue is that all the C60 proponents that are on all the health podcast own the companies selling the C60
      conflict of interest?????
When I took it my sleep was a little better but I was having angry dreams. Waking up angry all the time so I stopped using it

      1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Joe, I completely agree with that assessment in the general sense and I’m sure I’m not immune to basic bias. Personally I don’t think C60 is the be all end all, it’s just the best thing I’ve been able to find so far.
Carbon binds toxins and when you’re detoxing, you’re prone to un-fun dreams. I’d stay the course you’ll be better for it on the other side.

  50. Ken says:

Is there a coupon code for C360 Health? Thanks

    1. Ian Mitchell says:

Hi Alise, currently working on revitalizing my cool. ~ i

  51. Finally I got the web site to work and ordered. However, what is the recommended frequency of ordering? There were several options.

    Thanks,

    Bill

  52. Hi,

As of right now, I think you crashed the web site. I tried to order and just get error 502. In fact, now I get it when I click on the link to the site. Yep, I bet we crashed it. I will keep trying.

    Bil

  53. RoxAnne says:

Is there a coupon or discount code you might be offering for these products?

  54. Mads says:

Hi! Which dosage and which of the products from C360 health will be most beneficial for joint/bone-injuries?
I’m running around 100 miles a week at the elite level, and are doing everything to avoid those nagging injuries, but do have a historic with lower limp injuries. Therefore I find it really interesting that this can enhance the healing of tissues :-)
Thanks for a great episode as always!

    Regards,
    Mads

  55. Cole says:

I started takin TRU Niagen for NAD boost a few seeks back. Im confused about NF, MNM and NAD after listening to podcast. As far as I understand, MNM has a phosphate, making it molecularity larger than NR and cannot enter a cell, unless it sheds the phosphate turning into NR, which then can boost NAD. Is this accurate? If NF makes NAD, what the difference in taking NAD vs NF?

What do you recommend and why?

    1. Mitch says:

    2. Mary says:

There is recent podcast with Rhonda Patrick and David Sinclair that answers this question.

      1. Cole says:

Thank you. After more research and listening to podcast between Rhonda and David, sounds like more clinical studies and more time is needed to answer this question. David appears to be on the MNM bandwagon, but I found compelling info on both and some showing neither in their current forms are ideal. I guess we will know more in time. Also my above comment I used “NF”, when I meant “NR”.
