Ask Your Question
—————————————————–
Good questions and interesting answers. I have a follow up question on the real food vs supplement discussion. I eat a vegan diet, so fish oil is out of the question. Actually, it is a moot point because I am thoroughly allergic to fish, able to detect cross contamination in restaurants. Is there any benefit to the algae derived EPA/DHA supplements, and if so, how do you determine the correct dose? Thanks.
Algae is a great vegan way to get EPA/DHA. Check this article out https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/2013/07/how-t… the dosage will depend on the individual and the rest of your diet.
