  1. Melanie says:

Can you link the coffee enema suppository?

  2. Bryan says:

Is it counter productive for cellular atrophy during fasting if I take EAAs? It helps take the bite of hunger away. Standard 16 hour daily fast. Thanks!!!

    1. I go into that as well as supplements you can take to enhance autophagy on this podcast: https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/podcast/nutritio…

      1. Bryan says:

        thank you!

  3. Mitch says:

You mentioned a BPC/TB megadose. I’ve got the same blend. Can you provide the exact dose please? I’ve been using your article and taking around 250mcg as mentioned in the article. Thanks!

    1. Unfortunately, I can't recommend exact doses on here. I can help you via a one-on-one consult if you sign up at https://BenGreenfieldFitness.com/coaching. You can also ask the Kion Facebook Community for support with this sort of question. https://www.facebook.com/groups/getkion

  4. Matt says:

What’s the name of the superfood camp you plan on sending your kids to in Hawaii? Are you aware of other similar camps/schools for adults? I’m 25 and think a school like this would be an excellent break for a few months from office work.

  5. Greg Ross says:

    Ben,
At the beginning of the episode you briefly mentioned mold. Are there any treatments at the Swiss clinic? Or anything else you recommend?
    Thanks
    Greg

  6. Linda says:

Could you include the link to the education newsletter you recommended at the end of your podcast? I couldn’t find it online and would love to check it out! Thanks for all you do!

  7. Dave Fellows says:

    Hi Ben,

Another interesting Q&A. It sounds like you believe the Blushield is beneficial/effective? I bought one a long time ago but stopped using it as there were very mixed reports online regarding its validity and a lot of people claiming it was essentially snake oil.

Do you have any specific research or evidence you’ve found to support your use of the device? I’ll probably start using it again if you think it has merit and valid science behind it.

    Thanks!
    Dave

  8. Eric says:

Thanks for the awesome download Ben!

  9. John Mitchell says:

Ben you mentioned on this podcast that you are buying Deuterium depleted water from Robert Slovak.

Please give us this link to purchase the Deuterium depleted water.

  10. nikos says:

Hello Ben Great podcast by the way ,I would like to ask you if you were just being polite to the Swiss clinics oligo scan heavy testing or it is actually valid?

    1. I've never been one to say something just to be polite :)

  11. Greg says:

Hey Ben, I love your podcast and everything you do! I was just wondering if you could remember the name of that bodybuilder when you were talking about the parasympathetic and sympathetic state? The guy who sat in deep relaxation between sets. Thanks!

  12. Niel says:

Thanks for all the links to resources! In the liver cleanse episode 998, your kitchari recipe includes rice. However, the kitchari recipe in this article does not. When you have a chance, will you clarify? When should rice be included or excluded? If rice is included, how much and what type do you recommend? Is the rice precooked separately, then added upon serving, or cooked along with the other ingredients? Thanks again for your research and providing very informative content!

    1. I do not use rice when I make Kitchari.
