    Great tips, Ben! I wanted to add a Soda Stream option for those who want carbonated water or spritzed juices, etc. I've weaned myself off of diet colas using a soda siphon. There are several mfgrs. These things have been around for at least 50 years. They cost anywhere from about $25 and up. I spent about $50…got a very nice one. They're MUCH cheaper to buy and operate than the Soda Stream. The cost to use is around 30 cents per litre. They won't do all the syrups that the Soda Stream will do…but we don't need that anyway, do we? :-)

    Longtime listener and love the new stuff you are doing now. Iowa Female, 55 years old, over 100 ultramarathons under my belt, and have been a group exercise instructor since 1983. Your tips on this video are similar to what I have been doing all my life, but did not really put them in perspective as you just did. Get up each morning, out side for the first set of livestock chores (10 degrees today) so here is the 1st cold therapy, and muscle strength work from carrying feed, hay, and cleaning pens. Inside for a protein, good carb, and fat breakfast. OUtside for a run on M-W-F.(Spin workout, or elliptical on T_THRS) More cold!!! Inside mid AM meal and for cooking the rest of todays meals. OUtside for midday chores. More cold, more strength training like this morning as I set up for feeding tomorrow (and some great upper and lower body isometric work as I pull a calf from a heifer that is having a slow time giving birth). back inside for some bookwork and to get things ready for my evening Group class. (30 min. cardio variety and 30 min. of barbell, bodywt. and dumbells tonite. I love the social aspect of our classes. Home for the final check on my cows and to bed. Ben I have been doing this livestock work since I was 8, and i the older I get the more I realize how lucky I am to have gotten to be so active! Keep up the good work
