In the 2010 New Year, I want to start giving you MUCH MORE than the fitness, nutrition, fat loss and human performance blog posts and videos you already receive at this website. So let me ask you this, if you could get one piece of physical mail from me, delivered to the mailbox in your driveway every week…what would you want?
-Recipes?
-Workouts?
-New Exercises?
-Motivation Secrets?
-Insider Tips?
What would make YOU want to rush out to your mailbox? Please leave your comment below and tell me what YOU want delivered to your mailbox each week from me.
How can I break my addiction to coffee?
I would agree that all would be wonderful but I think recipes and motivation would be my top 2. I love when you tweet about specific workouts you’ve just done (i.e. the barefoot treadmill running or the swimming with tube tied around your feet while supplementing with beta alanine)
Recipes and new workouts
Hi Ben
I have hurt my kneecap (according to Physio)through spinning!
I have ordered your shape 21 and need more alternatives for example how do you manage plank with kneecap issue?
And now I have also been warned off squats and lunges for the future – do you agree??
I do wonder if my Physio is not a sports enthusiast.
Cheers.
Avril
HI Avril,
I’ll address this issue in #76 or #77 podcasts….
Ben
I think all of those would be awesome! Also, new information on diet or workouts that you find out and could briefly summarize. Thank you
Ben,
Workout ideas for people that workout at home. I do dvds and have started walking and light jogging. Maybe a little fun, home routine to get superfit!!! I loved your tips regarding getting extra steps in by parking far away, etc.! And it’s so fun to do that, lol! Thanks.:)
Jenna:)
+1 for the all.
Rotating the topics would be great. Snail mail, not so great. E-mail: faster, cleaner, less stuff to throw out.
I want it all! Rotate topics weekly.
Recipes for nutritional dishes would be great.
Also, some guidance on the types of foods that are best to be eating a lot of. I feel like my workouts are the easy part. When it comes to food, except for the obvious, I have no idea what type of foods are best. Thanks !!!
x3 on recipes.
X2 on recipes. I find that’s the hardest part of the week: eating to exercise.
Recipes! I love food…and I love to cook…healthy cooking that is!
Motivation advice/secrets. I find motivation, or more specifically the lack of it, likes to surface every few weeks to test one’s resolve about whether to perform or skip a workout, eat a healthy meal, etc.
I would love to have new exercise routines focusing on the Shape 21 style workouts involving bodyweight, fitness ball, pull-up bar, and TRX(suspension trainer) exercises in a superset/triset or circuit fashion.
