For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to teach.
When I was 15, I started teaching tennis to local kids.
During college, I taught private creative writing classes (yes, I was a complete nerd), taught fitness and nutrition courses, and even taught sand volleyball.
And I consider my current role as a podcaster, blogger, author, coach and consultant to also be teaching.
Next month, I've been blessed with the opportunity to use a cutting-edge new online education platform called creativeLIVE to teach YOU how to achieve amazing feats of physical performance without destroying your body.
I'll tell you all about the FREE course below, but first – you should know about creativeLIVE (it's pretty cool)…
An Introduction to CreativeLIVE
creativeLIVE was founded in 2010 by a couple of guys named Chase Jarvis and Craig Swanson. Chase was an award winning photographer, director, and media maven, and Craig had previously founded CreativeTechs, Seattle's premiere team of Macintosh experts and consultants for Seattle photographers, design firms, ad agencies and in-house creative departments. So Chase and Craig partnered to create an online space where they could connect the world’s top creative minds with a global audience of aspiring creative professionals – in a live format.
The results were astounding.
Within months, tens of thousands of users had watched the live, free classes – and now creativeLIVE classes stream from studios in Seattle and San Francisco, where they have broadcast more than 250 courses to more than 1 million students worldwide.
How To Achieve Ultimate Human Performance
Now that you know what creativeLIVE is, it's time to tell you about what's happening on this December 11, 12 and 13th.
In a brand new creativeLIVE workshop titled “Achieve Ultimate Human Performance“, I'm going to arm you with the exact tools, strategies and systems you need to look, feel and perform at your peak physical and mental capacity – without spending your entire day exercising or dieting.
In this 3-day workshop, I will cover topics such as how to avoid injury, imbalances or overtraining, how to address crucial elements that most exercise enthusiasts overlook, and how to quickly develop natural, ancestral strength, balance, mobility and physical function. You’ll learn how to customize your daily nutrition and workout fueling protocols so that you can get adequate calories without destroying your metabolism or expanding your waistline.
From your gut-brain connection to mind-hacking tactics to sensory system enhancement, I will show you the crucial role the nervous system plays in fitness, and also share strategies for being mentally and physically prepared for any challenge life may throw at you.
And the best part? Rather than reading these tactics or hearing about them in a podcast, you're going to get to interact with me in an online classroom format with live chat, Q&A, video and more! It will be like me stepping out of this blog and into your living room.
Fun – and free for anyone who attends during the live event from December 11-13th!
