could not find the pdf!! please help
It's under "Resources mentioned in this episode" http://boundlessbook.com/resources
I would suggest that long slow distance running is overrated and that you may find some benefit in lifting heavy weights (bench press, squat, overhead press, deadlift, etc). You will burn energy with heavy weights while also providing the stimulus to maintain or increase lean body mass.
I am very interested in chapter 13 / 5. Too much gut bacteria.
Unfortunately I can’t find the mentioned bonus material on the website
– sample meal plan for SIBO
– the bonus video
– the PDF „the hidden killer in your gut“
you mention writing about NAC in Boundless but i’ve been searching through the index and several chapters and can’t find it. any tips? :)
This Book sounds interesting. I live in Bali Indonesia and read books on my Kindle. Do you have any intention of loading the book on to Amazon Kindle.
Just got Boundless last week – so excited to dive in!! Ben mentions in the podcast (and book) about starting every day with fasted cardio, usually in the form of a walk outdoors, and that he sticks to this routine 365 days a year. I’m sure he must have days where he has to leave really early to catch a flight, travel, appointments, etc. I’m curious about how he manages to stick with his morning routine when his daily schedule makes it difficult. I love the idea of the meditation, coffee, walk, cold routine – it’s something I could definitely do! Just curious about ideas to make it work when my mornings don’t follow my typical pattern. Thanks!

It's working on my end. Try again, and if you're still having trouble I'd recommend contacting Thorne.
Hello! The show notes mention 20 minutes of q&a being packaged with this podcast. Did I miss it? Or is it missing?
Hi Billy, this is Ben’s podcast producer. We had some issues with the sound quality w/ the Q&A initially. However we did find a solution that sounds very good and it is now on the end of the episode. The Q&A begins at the 1:12:00 mark. Sorry for the confusion!
Thank you so much!!!!!
Does Ben have a published calendar of where he’s going as part of the book tour? The calendar on this site is difficult to navigate – i just want to know if and when he might be coming to Florida. Thanks for any guidance! I have the book and would love to see Ben live.
