For over 20 years, Paul Chek’s unique, holistic health approach to treatment and education has transformed the lives of countless men and women through programs like the P~P~S Success Mastery Program. He is a world-renowned expert in developing practical and effective methods for addressing all aspects of well-being, both physical and mental.

Paul has been a podcast guest of mine on many previous episodes, and I on his.

My interviews with Paul include:

Paul's interviews with me include:

In 1995, he founded the CHEK Institute to accommodate an ever-growing clientele and to train and certify future CHEK Practitioners. Not surprisingly, Paul is sought after as an international presenter and consultant for successful organizations like the Chicago Bulls, Australia’s Canberra Raiders, and the U.S. Air Force Academy. He has produced more than 50 videos, 6 books, and 16 advanced-level home study courses while regularly contributing to several publications and websites such as Mercola.com and Personal Training on the Net.

As a walking, talking definition of success, Paul has become above all an educator—teaching and applying his methods to benefit others through lectures, multimedia, and, most recently, in the areas of personal, professional, and spiritual development through the P~P~S Success Mastery Program.

  • Atoms possess a tremendous amount of energy, which forms what we perceive as matter
  • Matter is spirit moving slowly enough that you can interact with it
  • Unresolved mental and emotional trauma build up a wall in your psychic filtration system

    • Feelings buried alive never die
  • Energy shapes form; form always follows function, but form also follows energy
  • If a person has a lot of pain, trauma, trapped emotions, resentment, guilt, shame, judgment, that thought field changes the structure of how the biochemistry of the body moves

  1. Robbie says:

This was phenomenal content. Love learning about such expansive topics. And love how you balance hard science with more metaphysical ideas. Two thumbs up Ben!

  2. Jason Abboud says:

    WOW! More…more…

  3. Michael G says:

Paul is either severely brainwashed or not as critical/scientific of a thinker as he claims he is. I take everything he says with a grain of salt.

  4. Chris Max says:

I thoroughly enjoyed this, Ben. Thanks mate.

Not everyone is going to like the direction you may take. My two sons, ages 15 and 16, really appreciated this podcast. They have enjoyed your podcasts all along, but my older son said, “Sounds like Ben is maturing and branching into some cool stuff”. Thanks for stretching yourself.

  8. David says:

What was the Denmark company that sells northern shag tobacco? Thanks!

    1. Allan says:

      Peter Stokkebye Tobacco

      1. David says:

        Thank you

  9. Kevin says:

Sorry, those Sai Baba manifestations are some very low level street magic. I Really have a hard time understanding how Paul believes that’s real.

  10. Mike says:

    HI Ben,

This podcast was a bit on the magical crystal spectrum, so not one of your greatest. I like the hard science topics you do, but that’s just me. You were talking about the health benefits of cheese last week and I recalled a study about a cheese that actually was shown to lower blood pressure, just about equivalent to medications used for hypertension.. The cheese is called Grana Padano. Here is a link to a study.

    1. Nic says:

I was in your camp for a long time. “Hard science” is great until follow-up studies completely disprove today’s common beliefs. And you must consider the source of the funding, the integrity of the researchers, etc. Not nearly as clear-cut as it seems.

  11. Jay says:

Geez Ben, Please let your guest talk. Every podcast seems like you try to out talk your guest. We already know how smart you are. We are not stupid either,we can connect the dots. Please, it’s really annoying. Your last podcast was really bad. If you’re going to keep interrupting, interjecting and expounding, why not just do solo cast and leave it at that.

    1. Ben Greenfield says:

This was a mutual interview in which we agreed to interview each other for each of our respective podcasts. So it was a discussion not an interview.

      1. I wanted to offer a different perspective. I am new to your podcast, but a veteran to Paul’s podcast. Man, can he talk. Many of his podcasts are him talking the majority of the time. In contrast to this person’s opinion, I appreciated hearing your voice as much as I did. It was lovely and refreshing to learn something new other than from Paul. I personally felt like it was one of the more balanced conversations Paul has had and I attribute that you being who you are and interrupting sometimes (which I wish more of Paul’s guests would do) and offering intelligent perspectives. So THANK YOU!!!!

  12. Will Angel says:

Ben can sure talk up a storm over the guest

  13. Lester says:

Interesting food for thought until the greatest latest fake Sai Baba was praised for his magic, all exposed as fakery with hidden cameras. Plenty on YouTube.

    1. Mike says:

Lester, the late spiritual teacher Ram Dass aka Richard Alpert relates a story where he gave his guru Neem Karoli Baba 1200 micrograms of LSD, a huge dose, washed down with a cup of water. An hour later the Guru, acting as he always did with no apparent effect of the drug said:

““These medicines were used in Kullu Valley long ago. But yogis have lost that knowledge. They were used with fasting. Nobody knows now. To take them with no effect, your mind must be firmly fixed on God. Others would be afraid to take. Many saints would not take this.” And he left it at that.”

      An interesting story eh?
