Jason asks: Hey, Ben. I'm 46 years old, and I've got cold hands. They get worse in the wintertime, but they're cool in the summer. Probably I'm thinking Raynaud's, but I don't want to claim that. I'm open to any feedback you have on maybe how to make it better, fix… physiology, neurology supplements, uh, testing, breathwork, etc. I'm open to all of it. Any help is much appreciated.
In my response, I recommend:

What's The Best Pre-workout Formula?…38:37
Preston asks: What's up Ben, Preston here, long-time listener, constant applier of everything you talk about on podcasts and in Boundless, but when it comes right down to it, I'm still wanting to take a scoop of pre-workout (powder) dump it in the mixer, shake it up and go wrap it out with the bros at the gym. So what's the deal with pre-workout powder and how much stimulant should I be intaking on a daily basis? I'm going to the gym every day, but I'm using pre-workout three, four times a week. Love to hear your thoughts.

It’s really best to do your research before going out, buying, and trying out CBD and THC products. There’s a lot of misinformation circulating around the internet about these types of products, so it’s best to get your information from verified sources. If you’d actually come around to reading these articles you would find many benefits of CBD and THC products.
Hey Ben, seeing a few different choices for the Zen spray and wondering which variant you feel is best for pre workout energy? Seeing the “EO” but still don’t quite understand how that differs from say the “Extra Strength”, thanks!
Hi Ben,
Big fan, I was just wondering how long before and after a workout should we avoid antioxidants? I know they can have a negative effect on muscle building due to lowering oxidative stress from exercise. I typically make a smoothie with berries, greens powder, and some other antioxidants in there and have it about 30 mins after my workout and am not sure if this is having a negative impact on my recovery and muscle building. Tried to find info online but some people said to avoid them before a workout and others to avoid them after a workout so wasn’t really sure what to make of it. Any guidance would be really appreciated!
For astaxanthan, does brand or delivery method matter? What’s a product you’d recommend for pure astaxanthan?
