Totally disagree with greenfield’s assessment of a) non alcoholic beer tastes like shit. Ben is full of shit on this thought. Heineken zero % and Corona Sunbrew tastes great!
Microdosing alcohol as an excuse to drink is just stupid, IMO. I’d be concerned about the authors of the study Ben cited. Fact is alcohol is poison. Even a glass of this or that. Don’t tell people your opinion that you think it’s fine to drink so you can justify your drinking habit. health conscious people don’t drink or feel compelled to drink socially or to cover up your daily problems aka relax.
What type of magnesium was used in the study with children with ADHD, was it liquid or chewable or pills?
So, let me get this straight, you have Dr. Mc Cullough on, and he tells people to trust their immunity, you can not have covid 2 times, also you tell him you already had Blovid, and now you want to protect yourself from new variants, wtf? That goes against what he said about new variants and need for vaccines, also regarding the new vaccine he was talking elderly and obese etc.
Dude you are the last person that needs to protect himself from a 99.8% survival rate FLU…you have tons of followers, who is to say that the novovax is safe and effective, or even necessary. Also taking a shot due to gaslighting and making life easier is a total sheep and simp move, every righteous person who has an audience should be holding the line, nobody should be forced to take a flu shot mrna or not, to live free, every person who agrees and takes one anyway is participating in this totalitarian nightmare.
Hey Ben – Love your work – addicted to your podcasts – grateful for all the changes I’ve had in my life because of you :)
I cannot understand why you are getting Novovax for the variants however? It seems COVID is becoming LESS dangerous as time progresses. You have already survived the worse of it – and therefore already have immunity… The vax doesn’t prevent transmission of the variants as the latest as shown.
I understand if you want to get a vaccination because of the restrictions.
I feel we should all to stand against vaccine mandates (acknowledging the very many who were not able to due to their jobs) – but I am not drawing judgement on you.
Whatever you do – I’ll continue to support you and your work.
This relates to the Q&A about vaccine injury and detox. I’m looking forward to your next interview with Dr Matt Cook. I find it somewhat suspect that after eight months of vaccinations, his clinic was suddenly overrun with vaccine injuries, but I will listen to the show in its entirety without bias. Dr Leo Galland also put out a good video with lists of supplements to boost immunity in preventing infections, but also for treatment, long-haul, and potential vaccine injury.
In hind sight, and after listening to shows like the new VPZD podcast, I want to hear more voices questioning more nuanced issues, beyond the vax vs no-vax argument. I’d like to hear more influencers like yourself, who do have some level of natural immunity, who have tested their antibody levels, just as you test many other markers monthly or quarterly.
Would you please clarify the vitamin E supplement mentioned. You mentioned that Designs for Health offers a mixed tocopherol and tocotrienol supplement. Your interview with Dr Barrie Tan was one of my favorites, on his research of vitamin E from Annatto. As I understood it, tocotrienols should never be taken along side tocopherols, as they compete for the same pathways and absorption. If supplementing with both, they should be separated by several hours.
Thank you for the content you provide, and it is not my intention to be negative in this response
Dude – I hope this is not posted publicly – not trying to shame you. Just wanted to let you know that you’re using “long in the tooth” wrong. It means old, not lengthy. Also, check out AFfect/afFECT. You’re saying one when you mean the other. And schtick. You ‘“get on the stick” not schtick.
Thought you would want to know since using language is your livelihood. You’re not the only podcaster I hear misuse words at times, and at least yours aren’t science- related terms you really should know … as another of my faves does regularly. Could just be things you heard used wrong growing up. Plenty of those in my family…. 🙃 No judgement here.
