go! I'm in Germany right now, and on Saturday I'm going to help a friend's team here in Germany. They signed me up to help them last year, and then we advanced in the league, and now I have to be back to so that they hold the league, that's what I'm doing right now, besides all the business stuff, obviously, but in terms of big tournaments in the US, I ended that in 2024 in December, you know, as the number one, and I may do it again once I turn 55 but it's very time consuming.

Ben Greenfield

All right, we will have to get on the court at some point. Is there anything that is quantum in the game of tennis, besides just the fact that you use your technologies for recovery and stuff.

Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling

Well, I use it during the game, and then I suggest you do that too, like a full booster on the quantum upgrade during the match or practice. During the practice try brain support and then during the actual match I would go with world champion or the world champion frequency over the Olympic performance frequency. It makes a huge difference.

Ben Greenfield

Oh, we just jumped right in. We just jumped right into the deep end. I, and as the resident scientist here, can can you decode for people what Philip just basically explained you could do on a, on a sport court.

Ian Mitchell

Yeah, absolutely. So, a lot, a lot of the game actually is more neurological than muscular, and so you're trying to rewire your, your connectivity. And so, if you go to the support frequencies for those, a lot of it is going to enhance that, and then when you're actually competing, you're going to want to use the performance frequencies that allow you to kind of sync up, that take you to a whole nother level, but kind of the precursor to that, when you're training, a lot of that is neurological, because you really, your must, your muscular system is going to connect, and you're, you want to develop like championship muscle memory, so that every time you do a stroke, everything is wired,

Ben Greenfield

okay, but backpedal, even more like, like, what is it that Phillip is doing on the tennis court, as far as these frequencies, because he's not like out there with like a boombox on his shoulder, blasting himself with quantum energy, or embedded in the racket handle, I don't know,

Ian Mitchell

it actually is an old school 1980s boom box that's moving out quite it's no, it's yeah, because you know we're all part of the quantum field and we're never out of the quantum field, right? In fact, I would go so far as to say that our entire body is built to operate in a quantum field, and you guys have heard me say this is one of those things that I, I kind of differ from the mainstay of. Know science, where everybody says ATP is the energy currency, the cell, and I think that is a gross hubristic miscalculation of science, because back when the electron transport chain was decoded, there was no precept for wireless charging, but I would posit that, in fact, at the very end of the electron transport chain, inside the mitochondria, the very last step is the production of water, and everybody always said, 'Oh, it's ATP, and water is a byproduct. I disagree. I think ATP is a storage system, it's a battery. It's like confusing your cell phone battery with power, right? You have to charge it. The water actually picks up quantum perturbations in a quantum field, and that converts to energy, which is then stored in this handy dandy phosphor-related battery, which is made in conjunction with the actual power source being there, so we're all part of this wireless network that is everywhere and everywhere, and so when there are perturbations in that field, we pick it up as energy, and what Philip's doing is he's immersing himself in different frequencies that are modulated through a field to any position in the world instantaneously, all of this functions, that's the beauty of quantum, is it functions irrespective of distance and irrespective of time, so instantaneously the moment he flips that on in the quantum upgrade, and this is what we've shown in a lot of the experimentation that we've done is we can have these huge jumps in energy levels, and we measured it with ATP, because that's what everything is geared towards measurement on, but you know, 20 to 29% jumps instantaneously across distances of hundreds or 1000s of miles with no breaks, and so that kind of that shift in the field instantly changes your performance. Your muscles function more effectively, your brain functions more effectively. So, when Philip puts on the Olympic frequency, that makes him function at a much higher level, both mentally and physically.

So, Philip is like going to on his laptop or his phone or whatever to the quantum upgrade website before he gets on the court, or while he's on the court, he's selecting the frequency and then heading out and playing and experiencing that quantum frequency blasted from afar on his body while he's on the court.

Ian Mitchell

Exactly, yeah, and I do the same thing, you know, I'll go to the boost setting and I can shift it up to max boost, you know, so that I can kind of experience whatever I'm doing, like if I'm feeling like I'm going to be taxed because I've been flying a ton lately, I'll put it on, you know, the heal frequency, and then boost, and then give myself the maximum amount, and it's instant, you can feel it instantly.

Ben Greenfield

Okay, you mentioned that water could kind of store energy and act as a sort of battery for the cells when it comes to something like these frequencies that you're blasting on the body from afar. I know you guys have looked at, like, cellular production of ATP. We talked about that a lot in our last podcast, but have you been able to look at any way that it changes water, like in a test tube or in the body or anything like that.

Ian Mitchell

Yeah, the Emoto Institute has actually looked at the structuring of water, and in fact they, I think, said that our system structured water more effectively and faster than anything they had ever seen, which in fact they actually opted to distribute the blocks because of that, because they had never seen anything affect water this greatly this quickly,

Ben Greenfield

and for the blocks, that would mean that would mean that you would take one of these blocks that you get from the Leela website, and you would like put a glass of water in it.

Ian Mitchell

Yeah, exactly, or approximate

And there's more research by now, you know the Motta Institute that was already done four years ago with our weakest device. By now, there was a study done in a chemistry lab in Germany that looked at the redox potential of water, and then approved each and every time they ran the experiment, which I think it was like 18 runs or something like that, and then also the Bion Institute ran a triple blind study, and they went as far as saying in their report, given the fact that if you, and that that is actually already published, it's published on Research Gate, I'm paraphrasing now, but if you drink this type of water, that's how you get your body into homeostasis. That's basically what they wrote. It's quite phenomenal. What comes out of it, and it's all these different testing methods. Now we're talking about quantum upgrade today, and so you could do that with the quantum upgrade, but only if we, you know, for the public it's not possible right now to put your glass of water, like have that be charged by the quantum upgrade, but in theory it's possible for us, because you know we can with a quantum upgrade you can target a car, for example, or a home, but also an individual or a pet, in theory. It could also be a bottle of water if you want to do, but it's, it's a little bit complicated with that. That's why we're not offering it to the public. So, if you want to charge your water at this point, you wouldn't use the quantum upgrade for that. You would indeed use a block.

Ben Greenfield

Okay. Well, let me ask you this. Like, I have the quantum upgrade turned on for my house here in Idaho, and I have a nice water filtration system, a whole house filtration system. Would the mere fact that I have it turned on for my house be affecting the water anyways?

Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling

Yeah, it should have a positive effect on the water, but it wouldn't be as effective as if you just took the container, you know, of where the water is stored, for example, and then put that in the block.

Ian Mitchell

There's one, there's one experiment that was just done recently, a couple weeks ago. A fellow named Kay Elmer did that, I thought was absolutely brilliant, and I've had, I've had students do this before, because it's, it's a great experiment. So, you take alfalfa sprouts, and you just have natural spring water, and you try and get the alfalfa sprouts to sprout. Normal spring water, you get about 100% Then you boil the water, and you boil it on a flame, and then you either use an electric coil or an electric induction to cook it. And then you microwave it, and so you boil it with all these different samples of water boiled through different mechanisms. So, with the flame, about 95% of the stuff boiled on a flame will sprout with the electric, either a hot plate or an induction boil. About 70% or so will sprout once you've microwaved it. Nothing, zero will sprout. But in this was the brilliant stroke, he took the water that had been microwaved and also did a run that was microwaved and then was charged with our system, and after that, more than was sprouting with the flame sprouted from the water that had been restructured after it was microwaved. So basically, it kind of demonstrably shows that it reinvigorates the life force in the water.

Ben Greenfield

Oh, okay. I have questions.

Ian Mitchell

Yeah, and that's a great one, because anybody can replicate that. I mean, it's a very simple experiment.

Ben Greenfield

Okay, so a lot of people use a microwave. I don't. I was never convinced that it did that much to the food, although I'm more concerned about just the radiative effects in the body, people standing next to it in the kitchen while it's turned on and running, etc, but it sounds to me like what you're saying, when it comes to microwaved water affecting deleteriously affecting sprout growth, that there is something that happens to water or food when it's in the microwave.

Ian Mitchell

Yeah, it effectively strips the promoting a life force component of the water, you can't sprout anything after you've microwaved

Ben Greenfield

it. I don't, I don't think people are going to, are going to accept the description of nuking life force. Can we get more scientific?

Ian Mitchell

Let's put it in a more scientific framework. Okay, so water has, you know, oxygen molecule, and then a bond angle of 104.5 degrees in between the two hydrogens, a microwave at 2.4 gigahertz causes us to oscillate. That little fluctuation is thermally emissive. Just a little vibration is what you actually perceive as heating. That's why you can only heat something that has water in it, right? You can't. You're not going to put a piece of completely kiln dried wood in there. There's no effect, right?

Even though, even though one of my favorite things is microwave beef jerky for lunch,

Ian Mitchell

I don't know how great that is, but you know, hey,

Ben Greenfield

try it, baby,

Ian Mitchell

yeah, you know what, I might try that later today, so, but that's the thing, so you oscillate this stuff, and I would posit that those fluctuations cause actual damage to the integrity of that setup, and so in order to get it back to a point where it's reintegrated, the quick oscillations, I don't know that anybody actually knows specifically why it's doing that, but the net effect is it doesn't allow you to sprout anything after it's done, so I would say there's something happening with the rapid oscillation or affecting the bonds, something to that effect,

which brings us directly to electromagnetic fields, and for the people that don't know that, but I used to be Vice President at T-Mobile for several years in Europe and also in the US, so I know a little bit about electromagnetic field, and that is the reason why the water is dead after putting it in the microwave and that is also the reason why our bodies are feeling so freaking bad if we're exposed to g g 6g wifi microwaves electric cars being in an airplane, because our water is being attacked, our brains are being attacked, our cellular function is being attacked, and you can measure it in the blood. So we've done all this research, and it's, it's quite significant, you know? If you've seen the data, and I've said, I've been in these labs. Up seeing firsthand how it stresses people and how it disrupts even the limbic system, it's terrible. And the good news is, you know, we're talking today about the solution. What does it do to the blood? It tends to clot the blood significantly, actually. So, you end up, if you have relatively normal blood, you usually end up with stage two of blood clotting relatively quickly. When you're exposed to that, you see that white blood cells tend to get paralyzed, the oxygenation in the blood almost disappears, and then you create an environment which is quite a toxic bad environment. It's an environment that parasites can thrive in it's an environment that also other toxins can thrive in, and that's pretty much what happens. The other

things that's really bad is it forms these chains. You're in a perfect state, your body should have happy little eight micron wide red blood cells scattering about, individuated, and when you're exposed to EMF fields, it throws things off pretty greatly, and they start to cluster together in things called rouleau formations, and it's R O U L E A U X. So, a rouleau formation

Ben Greenfield

is okay, got it?

Ian Mitchell

Yeah, and so they can't get into all of the micro vasculature, so if you put a pulse oximeter on somebody and you're looking at it, it might actually read that they have 99% blood oxygen saturation. That's great, but it's like starving to death being chained at a buffet table. It can't actually get the oxygen where it's supposed to go, because the microvasculature is set up to receive little eight micron packets, not 15 to 55 micron long chains. You literally can't get it delivered where it needs to go, and that impinges everything you know. Your brain is 2% of your body mass, but sucks down 20% of your oxygen. So, if you quite literally can't deliver the oxygen to your brain, doesn't matter what your saturation reads, you're still in a state of deprivation.

I've heard that PEMF, like using a PMF mat can actually help to reseparate the cells and and improve the charge, so that clumping doesn't occur. Have you guys actually looked at blood after it's been exposed to like one of the quantum frequencies or the Leela block or anything like that?

Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling

100% So the quantum operate has been tested extensively in randomized double blind studies in regards to the blood, and not only that, we actually just offered it at the - we just talked about it before you came on. We were at the largest world's largest fitness event, or like conference in Germany, in Cologne. 160,000 people were there, and we had a huge booth. I had four talks, and right at the booth, we offered live blood analysis testing with two microscopes. I mean, that was not us offering that, that was an independent institute, so you could get tested before and after and see right there what was going on, and it's amazing, you know, if you, if you can see with your own eyes, what happens, but in lab environments, where you can actually also completely block off electromagnetic radiation. For example, you can do very proper before testing what happens if no Wi-Fi is turned on. Then you can test what happens when Wi-Fi is turned on, and then you test what is happening when Wi-Fi is turned on, and the quantum upgrade is turned on, and yeah, in 100% of the cases, you see significant results. You see that there's a reversal of even stage two of blood clotting within 10 minutes. Again, reversal of stage two of blood clotting within 10 minutes. I repeat that, because for some people it takes a while. This is a lot. We're not talking about marginal changes. We see that white blood cell activity motility is increased. You see that even the duration of the liveliness in blood that you can see under the microscope is extended significantly. We have proven in randomized type of blind studies that parasitic load in the blood reduced by 40% on average over a six month period in a study, while at the same time in the control group the parasitic load increased, so the net gap is actually larger than 40% and that's quite significant. That's just for the blood.

Ben Greenfield

Okay, so parasitic load - I'm sure this freaks a lot of people out. You can get, like, a stool test for parasites and yeast and fungus and things like that. Talk to me about the blood parasitic load thing, because the way you describe it, it sounds like a lot of people have parasites in their blood.

Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling

Yeah, that is true. You, well, I did. You want to say something?

Ian Mitchell

No, I was just going to say that, having done it on myself, it's kind of shocking, actually, to look at your own blood and see all of the handy dandy little critters that are floating around, like they're like opportunistic. These aren't like beneficial microbes or something like that. Yeah, now these are opportunistic. Now, you do, of course, you do have some, you know, beneficial things floating around in your system too. But yeah, what we're talking about is specifically detrimental parasitic load.

Okay, and somehow frequencies are interacting with these in a way that that decreases the load.

Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling

I'll take a step back real quick, and then I get into this specific question, because for the viewers that don't even know how this technology works, what is it that we even have, right? And most people haven't heard about it still, right, which is amazing. We have figured out a way on how to provide a super concentrated, coherent field for any biological organism, whether that's a plant, a pet, or a human, obviously, and every human and every every animal and every plant also has a core primal vibration that they vibrate on. It's like their unique blueprint vibration, that vibration, if you vibrate fully in that, then you're in homeostasis energetically, and they can't be any other way than to also be in homeostasis physically. Now we're constantly bombarded by electromagnetic fields, by blue light and LED light, by all these other things that completely stress our system, because stress is the key word here. It's all stress on all different levels, and that throws our frequency and vibration off. Now, if we provide these super coherent fields, suddenly we want, we vibrate in a coherent way as well. We get back to our core vibration, and suddenly our physical body follows suit and starts to improve, that's the mechanism, that's how it works, and that's also how it works, you know, with the, with the parasitic load in the blood to go this full loop, because what actually changes is the environment in the blood, the environment in the blood suddenly changes and improves energetically on a vibrational level, and suddenly the red blood cells, like you can say, become stronger, right? In a way, they become, because it's oxygenated again, they're separate, like there should be white blood cells that are, you know, part of the immune system force, basically. They get activated again, the environment suddenly starts to be really bad for parasites, because they need a bad environment to thrive in, so it gets worse and worse, so they need to start to degenerate, and that's the mechanism.

Okay, let's say back to, like, the Wi-Fi router thing, you said theoretically it'd be possible that I could charge up a bottle of water from afar with the technology. What about if I have Wi-Fi at my house? Yeah, I know. Yeah, yet another thing for my EA to do. Okay, so studies, you mentioned this new one on parasitic load. Spoke at this German fitness conference about that. What else, since we last talked, has been studied,

so we have gotten extensive research in regards to the brain, and so we have about four studies, really big studies that have been performed, one with the most advanced EEG device on the market in the world, the 256 channel high density EEG that looks into the brain like an MRI, and there was another study done with that. So, the first one was so positive and so encouraging that there was a follow-up study that was even larger, randomized and blinded at a top institute in near Frankfurt, and this we can talk about the results of the first study of the second study. I can only tell you it was incredibly positive across the board, and I can't share anything more, because this will be published internationally, and we have to wait until it's out, and then you know you'll be the first one to get the paper, and you get a summary from us, but it's, it's going to be mind-boggling, absolutely mind-boggling. What we've been able to show, but what I can talk about, and you know, obviously you'll find a lot of that in that second study. Also, I can talk about the first study that was done. So, again, this is a clinical, clinically proven, scientifically accepted mainstream testing method, the 256 channel, eg, there's nothing better in the world, and you can visualize in the brain what happens at all times. So, what they do is they have a completely electromagnetic free room, so you get a baseline read, so you see that everything in the brain is calm. Then they get in nowadays. It's like the.. it's always the iPhone or cell phone of the latest generation, I think. They've been using the iPhone 16. It gets put near the ear, about half an inch away, I would say, and it stays there. No one is talking. There's a g call for 30 minutes, and no one is talking for the reason that you don't want to, like, provide content. It needs to be always like a white noise, so that it's always the same, so it doesn't impact the brainwaves. Yeah, it's in truly this is one of those things where the data is great, and you can read through it and look at, you know, reductions in stress load across the entire limbic system, increases in focus, increases in acuity, all of that, and it's terrific, but truly the reason I have this on my phone is because when I'm trying to explain this to people, you know, I say, look, this is the most advanced tech in the world, it's better than anything anywhere else on the planet, and this is what it shows, and when they see the picture of 10 people who are blinded to what's going on, even the researchers at the institute did not believe that that was going to happen. exactly. And at that point, everyone remains silent, because they're like, "Oh my god, you know, this is legit, we can prove it. Like, each and every time, this is not random. It's not that's what people need to understand. We're not a vaccine company that needs to invite 2 million people to show a 0.0001% positive. positive effect on one marker, while like 100 other markers like destroy your system. This is something, as you turn it on, suddenly your brain de-stresses, and at the same time your cognitive function improves, and it happens to happen each and every time. It's like if you pour. Water on something, it's wet. It happens every time. It's just a very normal function of something that you do.

You referenced or alluded to the fact that you have gotten some other studies done recently.

Yes, in regards to the brain, there was also another study that's in the process of being published that was done at a lab in Portugal, also in regards to EEG, and then the Biocybernaut Institute with Dr. James Hardt ran a study with also an advanced EEG tech, and he looked at mood scales, and he was able to prove just within just a few minutes of the quantum upgrade being turned on during certain states compared to before, and by the way, that was also randomized and double blind, very important with control group and everything, people that didn't get exposed, and the experimental group people got exposed to the quantum upgrade, there were significant effects in these mood scales, so I give you an example, what does that mean? So, depression level went down, happiness went up, cognitive function went up, things like that, right. And by the way, I forgot to mention that this institute in Germany that also uses this 256-channel EEG, they use one of the top HRV devices, as well, that you can buy several $1,000 device, and they also have that run with it, you know, so they're not just doing EEG, they're also doing HRV testing again, randomized and double blind, and with significant effects, because it, it calms the nervous system, which is no surprise to anyone that knows anything about stress linked brain waves, because if your brain de-stresses, obviously your nervous system de-stresses as well. And I wanted to say, though, that the limbic system, that's sort of our sacred system in the brain, and it's very important people understand that these stressors, these electromagnetic fields, they get even into our limbic system, and maybe I, and I, and you have such a wonderful way of explaining what the limbic system is and what it does, so people understand, like, what is actually going on and what's possible.

Yeah, so everybody's familiar with, you know, people being in a sympathetic, you know, kind of a fight or flight state, or a parasympathetic, you know, rest, relax, recovery states, and your your limbic system covers governs your emotional and behavioral responses. So it's what's in control. And so if you can calm the limbic system, and we showed you know, in that previous study that I had the imagery from, you know, you get an 11 fold reduction in limbic activity, so you're very relaxed, and Ben, you had asked me prior to starting about, you know, Penrose-Hameroff, right? And so, Sir Roger Penrose, for those who don't know, really brilliant physicist, Nobel laureate, and then Stuart Hameroff is an anesthesiologist, and they have this kind of this thing called the orchestrated objective reduction theory, which basically says that nanotubules in the brain, because of quantum fluctuations, are actually what stimulates consciousness. Now, I know that Philip and myself would disagree, we would actually say that consciousness is the precursor to any of the things that are physical, but they, you know, they're they're able to back up a lot of their assessments using anesthesiology, and you know, with the anesthetics, put people under, and then see shifts in their brain function, their brain waves, and supposedly devoid of consciousness, I would argue that that's not actually really what they're seeing, but they're still kind of scratching at this, the edges of saying consciousness is greatly affected by things at the quantum field, and I agree with that, and what what we're doing is actually by virtue of placing a very, very highly concentrated beneficial quantum field around and throughout a person, we affect everything, and so what you see with regards to the limbic system is you see a calming effect, and you also see an increased potential for focus and for clarity, so your mental clarity goes up, your mental acuity goes up, your access to your mind goes up, you actually have better recall. Everything that we consider a positive is enhanced when you subtly manipulate the quantum field in a beneficial way, and so that calming of the limbic system allows people to respond to the everyday stressors, not just EMFs, but literally anything. You know, your family, you know, if you get hurt, anything like that, you basically, as Philip had said earlier, it makes the resonant field that is you stronger, so you're literally just more effectively you,

right? And we should note that you can adjust it on the website for like the hours that you're sleeping. If you didn't want it to be as stimulated, or I were, I work out at 830 you know, I use one of those, I forget the one I have set up, it was the one you advised me on last time, Philip, but basically I have mine set up to turn it on to a pretty high frequency for when I'm in my home gym from 830 to 930 Todd dials back after that, relaxes a little bit in the afternoon, and then I've gotten going into kind of like a sleep mode at night, by the way, the the the orchestrated reductive hypothesis in biology, I thought that was the theory that violinists should have shorter bows. There's a joke for the day. Exactly. Okay, so here's a question people don't have, like the, you know, hundreds plus lead EEG at home to test themselves, but let's say, like, I'm at home and I want to do just a practical 30 day trial on myself, I'm suspecting, based on what you just said about the limbic system, I am that HRV, you know, or readiness dress, whatever, on an aura or a whoop would be one thing to pay attention to, but let's say you could wave a magic wand, somebody could theoretically do like a pre and post blood, you know, nothing super fancy, but just something that's accessible to a lot of people, or look at specific things on a wearable. What should someone track to see if this is actually working, besides just how they feel?

I'd look at HRV. Phillip, what would your go-to be? HRV sleep, you know? I would possibly give it like three, four days, you know, for it to settle in. Some people see effects on that pretty rapidly, but for others, you know, it takes a little bit, because also the quantum energy can steer some things up in the first few days. Definitely, you know, markers in terms of what you're capable of performing, so you will probably see relatively quickly things that you can count, so if I don't know, you're I don't know you're you're doing 10 pull ups usually, and then you turn on the Olympic performance the first time for at a huge booster, maybe not just on the first day, because then actually we advise, like, don't crank it up all the way, like right away, just give yourself a few days of getting used to this, because even though it's subtle energy, it's not like an electricity shock, right, obviously, but it's, it's powerful for your system, so you know, be gentle with it at first, but then when you do that, you'll, you'll see increase in lifts that you'll be able to do

where my mind is kind of going is like, so for you know, under 60 bucks or nothing for a copay, you could get like a complete blood count and a comprehensive metabolic profile as a basic blood from your doctor. If you have something as simple as, like, I know a lot of our listeners use a Carol bike that has a VO two max test on it, you can do grip strength, you can do body composition, and you could do some of the things that you mentioned, like HRV, and then possibly something like, and there's apps that you can do this with for free on the app store, like a CNS tap test, which is basically like using your thumbs on either hand to see how many times you can tap your phone screen in 60 seconds, and something like an N back test, right, which is a short-term memory test, even just a few parameters like that. And this is just kind of an interesting field in general. It's like using some pretty simple tools at home, you know, beyond just testing the effects of quantum upgrade, you can create your own, like monthly longevity profile that you do on yourself, like your own monthly longevity Olympics.

gonna work at some point. There was one other thing that you had mentioned to me, Philip, early on when we booked this interview. I'm like, well, like, what's new? I don't want to do a repeat of our last study. It kind of gave me a list, some of the studies you've already talked about, but then I think you mentioned one on melanin, is that correct?

Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling

Yeah, so that, that to me was not a full study, but it was a set of experiments, so you know, let's call it like a pilot, where they looked at melanin levels in the body, and that's quite important, because most people don't know that melanin acts like a photoreceptor for light, and melanin is sort of responsible to be our, I would call, bioenergetic shielding for our body, and it protects us also from things like electromagnetic radiation, it gets destroyed by blue light and LED light, and by not having enough exposure to natural sunlight, so that's a huge issue. And then, if on top of that, you're getting blasted by EMFs, you're basically, I mean, you're defenseless, and you're, you're hurt, and it was shown that the melanin levels optimized in all cases, but at this point, you know, we need to be a little bit careful, you know. I'm not making claims on that yet, but there's some really positive indication regarding that.

And we should clarify, by the way, yeah, blue blue light does have a deleterious effect on melanin production, but that would be isolated, because you, as people know, like you get blue light from the sun, but it's balanced with your natural infrared frequencies, you know? That even comes down to how we light, you know, our home, right? We have LED and we have infrared, and we have a combination of both of those, so we're getting as close to the natural spectrum as possible. What you don't want is just, you know, modern fluorescent LED backlit screens, blue light in general, in the absence of infrared, that's where the blue light, if we want to call it toxicity, sets in,

and Ben, you know, maybe, maybe it's also of interest for you and the viewers here and listeners. There, there are a couple more things. One is, you know, people may be wondering, okay, so the brain, all these tests with the brain, that sounds amazing. Was it just like a lab environment? Yeah, lab environment, but with actual people, that's that's very important to know, like it was not just like some something, it was actual humans, actual living beings. And then there was a study done with 100 women by the Reputable Health Institute that was not an EEG study, it just looked at specific biomarkers that they tested and self-reporting it was also randomized and blinded, and it showed phenomenal effects. Also, depression levels went down, cognitive function went up, anxiety and stress levels went down by over 30% which is quite significant, and it all shows the same thing, pretty much, just through different testing methods, right? One is the really hard data of an EEG that doesn't lie and can see pretty much everything in your brain. The other one is people just measuring other biomarkers and interviewing the participants and I don't want to forget this, you know, I just wrote down, you know, what we're currently working on, because there's always more research that's coming, and it's quite exciting. There is research in regards to cognitive function, even though that's been already shown to be improved, but there's a specific study now with that, you know, reaction time and things like that, and then there's a study in regards to Lyme that is currently being performed by a clinic in Pennsylvania, which is also quite exciting, and I can't wait for the final results.
