    I seem to have a small technical hitch, itunes stops the podcast at 5:10; just as you said “so the two i would reccommend are ….”

  2. I really enjoyed this podcast!

    I have no problem taking supplements, but they are just so expensive (at least here in the UK) that I can’t afford to take all of the ones I would like to.

    Which 2 or 3 supplements would you recommend as the top 2 for someone who is currently undergoing beginner level work outs.
