A Complete Core Workout

Table of Contents

You can do this comprehensive abdominal and low back workout with a dumbbell, but it works much better with the medicine ball that features a handle. Just go to PerformBetter's website, and click on medicine balls, then look for the First Place Core Medicine Ball. A kettlebell would also work well.

  1. I actually can’t do the first very well. I don’t know if im just not getting enough momentum, but when the dumbell is heavy enough it’s bad on my arms.

    1. I think it did some good. I feel a little more agile and i didn’t even get through the whole workout. I think this would be good before an agility workout. Am I wrong?
