Happy holidays!

The holiday season is a fine time for peace and gentle reflection, as the year winds down and we all prepare for a fresh start in January.

2022 was a hallmark year! Our team moved from the name Ben Greenfield Fitness to Ben Greenfield Life, and as part of this new direction, we defined our core values as Growth, Purpose, Adventure, Love, Joy, and Authenticity. Those core values are the foundation for our mission to serve those who desire to live life to the fullest, exploring and enjoying every nook and cranny of God’s great creation.

This holiday season, we are living our Core Values by focusing on experiencing meaning, happiness, fulfillment, adventures, and connection with our loved ones. That means we will be offline and pretty much off-grid from Friday, December 23rd, to Monday, January 2nd. We hope that during the holiday week, you can also put celebration, quality time with friends and family, and renewal first.
