I don’t know what the fuss is about. The guests are good but his interview style is very staid – the shows were so much better in the early days when he had nic and others “assisting” him. I always felt that those guys asked the better, more insightful questions. Just my opinion though.
Hi Ben
Great podcast! You are a wealth of information!
Being from London, I was particularly interested in your talk of possibly distributing your supplements from London to avoid shipping and import/handling costs that the border police saddle you with at the 11th hour. Is there any more to know on this yet?
Also, I was interested in what you know about lab testing done from London? Is this the Tamsin you refer to: www.sportiedoc.com/?
I started my journey sending poo, saliva a urine samples across the pond to the US and using Chris Kelly to help interpret the results, someone who you interviewed on your podcast once. But its a huge pain to send it that far and ensure it arrives rapidly, not to mention a large added cost.
Do you have any recommendations on functional medicine practitioners here who know the different lab tests that are accessible from UK/Erope? The ones I have managed to find so far in London charge really high prices, but I guess that’s because they all rent offices in Harley street which is a very very expensive location to rent office space. I was thinking of looking for someone who works remotely via Skype, but makes use of tests that can be cheaply and timely accessed from here. Any pointers in this area would be very much appreciated!
Stay tuned. I am still working on getting supplements less expensive lead into the UK. In the meantime, I would recommend that you connect with Tamsin Lewis. That is indeed at her website that you mentioned above.
