Your conversation with Jack Dorsey was fascinating to me. After the interview, I’m reconsidering my interest in purchasing a Joovv and instead considering a sauna from SaunaSpace. Which one do you prefer? Even while I would want to have both, I just do not have the money to do so at this time. Thanks!

  2. Bradley says:

Ben, I remember when you had a heat bulb blow up in your sauna, was it the sauna space 4 bulb? Any idea why it blew up?

    1. My sauna was too hot.

  3. Peggy says:

I enjoyed your interview with Jack Dorsey. I’ve been thinking about getting a Joovv, but after the interview am thinking about getting a sauna from SaunaSpace. Which would you get? I’d love to get both, but do not have the funds for both. Thanks!

Ben, here are a few questions I would have liked asked.
With a net worth of 5.3 billion dollars tell me you have a chef at least, or some other cool health stuff?
Oh you are single, living that players life?
    You don’t lift bro?
We are all addicted to our phones, what is twitter doing to address this and to help make society healthy?
Great job Ben, Just joshing around. I though Jack was just another nerd at the start of the interview but by the end I was kinda impressed by him.

    Hi Ben,

Amazing podcast per usual-thank you for all that you do. I am a religious listener, and as a 25 year old female in the commodities trading industry, I know I am not the norm when it comes to your audience. However, as an endurance athlete and self -experimentation enthusiast, I really resonated more than ever with your conversation today. Our passions and often extreme tendencies can pair excellently with introverted individuals, but can prove difficult when seeking out potential life partners. While I am young and not preoccupied with these thoughts, your comments to Jack hit home today. How do you recommend attracting like minded and complementary partners in this space of personal growth and experimentation? (If all else fails you can send Jack my email;)

    1. I believe in an inside-out philosophy. First, do the inner work to become a person you can be proud of when you look in the mirror (kind, vital, intelligent, compassionate, etc)… If you like the person you see looking back at you, chances are there are plenty of other great people that will as well. As you gain confidence in yourself, expand comfort zones, and take on new experiences you'll inevitably encounter like-minded people.

      1. Kathleen Barada says:

As usual I love your insight and responses-self-optimization in all its’ facets is something I am working on daily. Next up…moving way outside my comfort zone by relocating from CT to Geneva, Switzerland!
