My guest on today's podcast, Justin Andrews – from the notorious Mindpump podcast –  has an incredible passion for disrupting the personal training industry and creating groundbreaking programs and training tools that fitness professionals and their clients alike can benefit from. He believes that the fitness industry needs a massive facelift and a more advanced technology tool kit…

I dig all your podcasts Ben (except my own lol…) and wish I had time to listen to, and respond to all; but do catch most. As a lifelong martial artist I like this subject for I’ve been experimenting with applications of both speed and isometrics using staffs/sticks balls, etc., for sometime, and since we can only control what can be measured, I have certainly thought along these lines. Surprised the old “Bullworker” wasn’t mentioned however haha… Great work by Justin and his team!! I’m definitely in on the early adopter.
