I don’t know if you saw my message to you last week, but if you didn’t, just click here to read it (and a big thanks to you if you were able to check it out and give me your honest feedback). Anyway, in that post, I told you about how I’ve made a big decision to change my life…

…to pursue not just being a good exerciser or a really fit guy, but instead, to be a complete and fully optimized human being who is able to “crush it” in all aspects of life, from body to mind to spirit and beyond – a human being who, in the words of science fiction novelist Robert Heinlein, can change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly.

In other words, all the push-ups and pull-ups and squats in the world don’t matter unless you are able to live an adventurous, fulfilling, joyful and limitless life with distinct purpose and meaning. To die having left your distinct mark on the world, and having experienced everything our grand universe has to offer.

I don’t know about you, but I think that’s a pretty cool way to experience life and – frankly – if you (like me) have been nagged by a restless feeling that there must be more to life than a mere day-to-day “existence”, then today’s email is for you.

See, in coming to a realization and deep inner stirring that a human must have an optimized mind, body and spirit, I’ve also been struck quite profoundly by the fact that my own personal calling is to help create and deliver that optimization for both you and I.

So, behind the scenes – for the past two years – that’s exactly what I’ve been working on:

the creation of a new company and a new brand that enables you to live life to the fullest, equipped with every solution necessary for your complete mind, body and spirit optimization. By blending ancient wisdom with modern science to create cutting-edge, research-proven, trench-tested solutions, I’m now empowering
you – one of the world’s high achievers, health seekers and life enthusiasts – to live life at the pinnacle of health, performance and longevity.

Finally, let’s face it: I can’t do this on my own. That’s why I’m writing to YOU. I want you to be a part of what I’m creating. I want YOU to be part of this community that reinvents the way people think about what it means to truly be healthy and to step way outside the status quo of our ho-hum lives, and instead, live life to the absolute fullest.

If that sounds intriguing or compelling to you, then just sit back and wait, because next week, I’m going to let you in on the nitty-gritty details of what I’ve been up to, and how you can be one of the first to get access to the new company I’ve created.

In the meantime, leave any of your comments, questions, or thoughts below and I'll be happy to reply.

Ben – if you truly want to be the ultimate jack of all trades, and become a fully optimised human being, you MUST come over to Australia and watch a football game with me. Australian Rules Football. Or at least learn how to kick a footy. And I guess bounce, mark, and all the other cool stuff too….don’t know if I’ve shown you before, but here’s a good video to witness the awesomeness of the sport https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxhqXzVBen4
